    Sir/Madam:
    I wish to complain about your service (GIONEE P7 MX GOLD charging problem) I hand over my phone (GIONEE P7 MX GOLD) to your service center dated on 13/8/2018 but still now 28/8/18 I don’t received my phone.
    That I purchased on 03/12/2017 in Kolkata GREAT EASTERN NAGERBAZAR
    I am complaining because your delay servicing. You can’t understand my problem. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.
    When I first see this problem in my phone then I contacted at your service center (13/8/18)) at your company, after 1 days they said the parts are not available .talk to customer care. Repeatedly the sad above version. I think GIONEE BRAND famous .but my think is wrong your service quality to customer very poor. Your way of taking not good .I am very hurt
    I would like a written statement explaining your company's delay servicing and what you will do about my complaint.
    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.
