    Hi...
    I had raised an issue (complaint no- 1807197398) on the date of 25/07/2018 for induction heaters and that issue has been registered on the same day at 11:00AM then customer care shared contact no of service center and i called on this no with service center supervisor (Ganesh- 02227845093) and he promised me to send an engineer that name is Ramzan (95947 35018) but he didn't come, after that i regularly make call to them but i didn't get any response from that side. I called more than 36 times but didn't get any response . Again i called to customer care then they shared me ASM mob no (Sunil- 9769208623) and i called to him several times but again didn't get any response.

    Then i called to customer care on 28/07/2018 then Custcare transferred call to flour superviser to Mr. Faizan and he promissed me to resolve this issue ASAP.

    Today engineer Jitender (70394 74500) came for resolving the issue but he neither know what product is to be made/repaired nor any tools to be required at that time to repaired. Was he send only to look the product?

    So I'm fade-up with this type of service provided by you.and if you're providing services like this then u need to close it and say to customer while purchasing time that we don't provide any services.

    I never suggest any one to buy Crompton product bcoz sales after sevice is very cheap........
