    Dear Concern,

    I installed pressure pump force 2 which I bought may 2016. From very starting It has given problems of low rpm, low air pressure, and some other problems, which I complained so many times. I always told them there is manufacturing fault in this specific piece, but Your service agency here in Patiala is very poor in giving service. They always said there is no problem in pump. But now my pump enable to give pressure and they told that your warranty is over we charge visit and your pump has low rpm and need to rewind and may have faulty armature without visiting and and checking the fault. Now how they came to know that there is low rpm and faulty armature, which I told them so many times with in warranty period.

  • Defective Exhaust Fan Replacement.

    Dear Sir,
    The applicant has purchased one 24" Crompton Greaves exhaust fan from Gandhi Electricals, Tilak Nagar in the month of May 2017. But after installation of the said exhaust fan in my air cooler I am continually registering complaints with you that the balancing of the said exhaust fan is out of order due to this defect its sounding high and immensely vibrating.

    On two occasions your two executive visited my site at J-8/65, 2nd Floor Rajouri Garden to inspect the defect and after realizing my complaint true they have promised me to replace the said faulty exhaust fan within short span but none of them have turn back to replace this faulty exhaust fan till date. Both of the executives have taken photo copy of the invoice from the applicant during their visit in order to make replacement. Due to lack of providing services to their consumers, the applicant have informed Mr. Naveen the area manager on 2nd September 2017 at his mobile no. 9711240667 during a telephonic Conversation and provided him all the complaints Nos. by S.M.S on his said mobile number on same day but the applicant is very much surprised by non-responsive attitude of such a big post manager with their customers & ignored the customers in troubles. The applicant is very much hurt by the way of non responsive attitude of the high rank officers of the company. These executive and their manager are defaming & harming reputation of such an old company by ignoring customer’s problems for such a long period.
    Lastly the applicant once again requesting to you please kindly help the applicant by making the faulty exhaust fan replacement immediately which is defective from day one.

    Hi...
    I had raised an issue (complaint no- 1807197398) on the date of 25/07/2018 for induction heaters and that issue has been registered on the same day at 11:00AM then customer care shared contact no of service center and i called on this no with service center supervisor (Ganesh- 02227845093) and he promised me to send an engineer that name is Ramzan (95947 35018) but he didn't come, after that i regularly make call to them but i didn't get any response from that side. I called more than 36 times but didn't get any response . Again i called to customer care then they shared me ASM mob no (Sunil- 9769208623) and i called to him several times but again didn't get any response.

    Then i called to customer care on 28/07/2018 then Custcare transferred call to flour superviser to Mr. Faizan and he promissed me to resolve this issue ASAP.

    Today engineer Jitender (70394 74500) came for resolving the issue but he neither know what product is to be made/repaired nor any tools to be required at that time to repaired. Was he send only to look the product?

    So I'm fade-up with this type of service provided by you.and if you're providing services like this then u need to close it and say to customer while purchasing time that we don't provide any services.

    I never suggest any one to buy Crompton product bcoz sales after sevice is very cheap........
