    Sir,
    I am an employee of Tata Cummins & owner of TATA NANO Twist car. My Vehicle Reg. No. Is JH0
    5 AX 3352 & Chassis No. Is MAT612274EKA00075. I had purchased this car on 03/02/2014 from ASL Motors, Adityapur, Jamshedpur.
    Since 2014 most of my regular servicing were done by ASL Motors on Pick up& Drop basis.
    After continuous calls from “Tatanagar Motor Services Pvt. Ltd”,(Works: Old Purulia Road, Chepa Pool, Mango Jamshedpur) to give my car for servicing at their works, I agreed & they Picked my car on 27/05/2017.
    The service Advisor Mr. Harshvardhan Singh called me later to say that my car’s Clutch Plates are “BURNT” & needs immediate replacement.
    I asked him not to work on it as my car was perfectly all right to which he agreed. My car is perfectly running without any Clutch issues till date.
    They delivered my car same day at 10:30 PM, I paid the bill of Rs.1868 by cash for the servicing.
    Since I had been getting my car serviced in the same manner earlier, I had no reason to cross check the Car’s status, that too from an Authorised Tata Service Station.
    Few days later, all of a sudden I noticed that one of my front Tyres is badly damaged. I got my Tyre replace with the spare one. The Rim of the damaged tyre was rusty too. It did not match the set. Since I take my car only to works or it stays in my garage, replacement of my wheel without my notice is impossible specially with the Impact Alarm enabled in my Car.
    I called them and informed about the change, to which they called me with my car.
    I went to the Service station on 04/07/2018. There both the Service Advisor Mr. Harshvardhan Singh & Body Shop Manager Mr. Shiv Shankar Singh after inspection agreed that the Damaged Tyre & the Rim doesn’t matches with the rest set, but they bluntly refused to help me out with the issue (since the MFG. Date & PART No. matched, which according to them were Sl. No. of the Tyres) saying the tyre had not been replaced there or even bothered to check with the drivers who dropped my car back & asked me to “ Do what ever I can & complain wherever I want”.
    Being a Tata Employee myself & being in field support for long, it hurts me a lot to experience such adulteration.
    I will mail you the snaps of the damage Tyre & rim if you give me the mail id.
    Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible & arrange to do the needful. I’ll be waiting for response from you.
