Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given an achievement, which is the name of Prime Minister Money Scheme under which any person wants to start his new business, This scheme is very good to say, it can take a loan under this scheme but hardly such a bank will be where I Is the right to appeal to the plan but said banks that do not give loans without any security sir you tell me if the security we have no property, bank balance or cash for what we apply for a loan
If the government wants to tax, no proof or certificates or any security is seen for that person, even a simple person has to pay taxes, then the same person can apply for loan from the bank. Why do he have to face so many proofs and securities? Big businessmen scam thousands of millions of crores and they get loan easily The bank offers loans in front of those who have a good business set, but those who are doing jobs are doing jobs in small companies. Salary is not too much but knowledge is the ability to do something and wants to do something. There is no support for them, why not
To say, the money scheme has been run but it is not getting the benefit of this. Whoever does not have any department to complain about it, if you check, then you will know whoever has taken advantage of this scheme Either they had business already or they did not need it and the one who needed it had not yet got the benefit of it. I also tried a lot of attempts to contact every single bank and contact that I To get some financial support, show all your proof. GST certificates taken. Proprietor Gupta registered his business, but there was no help from anywhere in the business, and you know that without any financial assistance, it is difficult to do any work No, it is impossible to do a simple job. I do not have any more income but the responsibility of the whole family is still there. If I can not get any support from the government then why should I pay tax?

My ward Ms. Ashi Birla is in Ryan School Rander Road and studying in class 12th. Since the Gujarat Govt. has passed the resolution for the school fee and set the maximum fee school administration is not in agreement and harnessing the students and parents for the extra fees. Management threatenng students for less marks , not providing the admit card for the board exams or may be will not give school leaving certificate.

Rameshbhai Desai fully aware of this matter and avoid his legally responsibility to inform facts in this matter to Hon'ble Court and when I approach our Chief Justice, Shri M.B. Shah, High Court, Mumbai, dated 29-10-1998 with detailed complainant. He resigns from this matter Shri. Shantilal Choonial Shah has sold and developed the properties by construction with 7th Floor on ownership flats and Shri. Shantilal Choonilal Shah purchase 7000 sq.ft. flat on same building in the name of trust. Trust deed he has made to transfer this company properties in his wife, Smt. The North Canara bank, Shri Shantilal Choonilal paid company claim without informing the official liquidator after 10 years. Who was to blame in this matter responsibility?

Why ex-offica liquidator not taken any legally corrective action against Buyer and Ex-Director Shantilal Choonilal Shah, inspite my and M/s. Ratilal Desai and Company, Advocate and Solicitor of the Official Liquidator repeated request. The value of this flats Rs. 200 lakhs.( AS ON 1-12-2000 ) By an order dated 3rd September 1986, passed by His Lordship Mr. Justice Pendse, the official Liquidator was directed not to dispossessed the occupants of the Flat Owner referred to therein until further orders, in view of their undertakings recorded in the said Order and in terms of the said order the above Company Application was disposed of. The said order was passed in view of the Company winding up order passed by His Lordship the same day. Why the official liquidator High Court Mumbai till date not made application for removing undertaking to Hon'ble Court as per the order dtd. 3rd Sept. 1986.
Shri Shantilal Choonilal Shah sold above flat company assets and purchase other flat No. 52, Kshtiji Building, Hill Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai - 400 050 in the name of his wife, Smt. Kokilaben S. Shah and Smt. Linaben Harshad Shah, wife of ex-Director, Harshad C. Shah company in liquidation money. So last 14 years company has not hand over books of account and ledger to the official liquidator, High Court, Mumbai, which prove themselves that this is company in liquidation money. The Court, Mumbai, today value Bandra Flats Rs. 80 lakhs(AS ON 1 - 12--2000 ) the official liquidator, High Court, Mumbai, has not taken any legally action inspite of M/s. Ratilal Desai and Co-Advocate and Solicitor of the official Liquidator, High Court, Mumbai and my request.
Item No. 6 as per schedule : Company industrial gala No. 9 on ownership basis at Shamji Udhyog Nagar, Ramchandra Lane, Extension Kachpada, Malad (W), Mumbai - 400 064, Ex-Director Shri. Shantial Choonilal Shah of M/s. Choonilal Manilal Pvt. Ltd. Company (in liquidation) has sold this item were fully aware of the pendency of winding up petitions at the time company gala was sold. Why ex-official liquidator not taken any legally corrective action against buyer and ex-director Shantilal Choonilal Shah, value of this Rs. 10 lakhs( AS ON 1-12-2000 ). With refers to the Subject line My self Shweta Hiren Sagar is residing In GAMDI (a so called under developed area of ANAND) .We are facing a major and serious problem of water in our area.
Water supply is very irregular in our area. Once in a week water Supply are getting stopped by the panchayat without giving any intimation to the public and all our daily activity are going massed up due to this issue. We have to go to another areas to get even the drinking water and water for our daily activity.
Many of us are working woman and we need to reach there in morning on time and the issue of water every week harass us badly to reach at work on time.
We have done complain to the Sarpanch Mr. Ismail for the same so many times (Even we are complaining him whenever the problem occurs). But still we have not got any solution in this serious issue.
Even we are getting very rude and improper revert every time for the issue from the Water Department of GAMDI. At the time of election campaigning many big commitments are made to us that all the pipe lines would be changed shortly and you we get your separate Pipe line for your area but till date nothing improved in it.
My language is not so harsh as a lawyer or writer as I am just a common working woman. BUT SIR WE ARE REALLY SUFFERING A LOT A AN EDGE OF “VIKAS”.
I must say in spite of having a part of ANAND City, GAMDI is really in a very miserable condition.
We are having all hope on you and as the last option I am writing to you sir as we had also complained to ANAND Commissioner and also ANAND Talati but had not get any revert on it.

I am a common man who is lived in Ahmadabad (Chamundanagar,Udaypark Swastik Circle, Amraiwadi) I stay here since last 40 years.
For your kind information that from before 10 years Govt. and A.M.C made a Library and Civic Centre in our area nearby my house so we are glad for this noble work for our middle class students who can read calmly.
Now my point is that we are some educated and middle class people lived exactly behind this building from 40 years and there is already the Temple made by us area people so we can daily worship there and because of this holy place we keep this area keep neat and clean every day without disturbing any students in their reading work or any govt Officer. But now before some days A.M.C Department made a boundary wall in front our houses (between Govt building and our homes) however we never misused or misbehaved with any officer, we always support them. Because of this boundary wall to our side we cannot see or pray to our God of that Temple so our honorable Chief Minister Sir we all are requesting you that please provide or grant us our earlier space for praying and remove that boundary wall.

Shah and Smt. Linaben Harshad Shah, wife of ex-Director, Harshad C. Shah company in liquidation money. So last 14 years company has not hand over books of account and ledger to the official liquidator, High Court, Mumbai, which prove themselves that this is company in liquidation money. The Court, Mumbai,) the official liquidator, High Court, Mumbai, has not taken any legally action in spite OF has not taken any legally action inspite of M/s. Ratilal Desai and Co-Advocate and Solicitor of the official Liquidator, High Court, Mumbai and my request. Hon'ble Justice Shri. S.S. as a parent of one girl child facing tremendous pressure from private school. Education of my child become very costly. Private school is behaving like MAFIA. they don't bother about government ordinance and rule of respected Supreme court. My ward is studying in private school "Shanti Asiatic School" which belongs to well known business group ie. Chiripal Group of companies. They are unreasonably rising 10% in all fees structure. Around 1 lakh i have to bare for my child studies, became huge burden on person like me who belongs to middle class and a salaried person. School authorities does not bother about parents grievances and ask to contact "FEES Regulatory Authority". I cannot bare legal expense if require to file case against school authorities neither i will able to spare time for visiting court due to my job. Request your intervention in this matter.
