Attached is the tax invoice copy no. Tax/1218 date 22.05.2018 issued by K.K.Sales Pvt. Ltd. Allahabad. towards purchase of SYM DIET 50I symphony cooler. In this reference we wish to convey that on opening the sealed consignment we have found that one wheel was broken & wains & body were twisted. Immediately we had lodge complaint with toll free no. 07930130111 & service call registered vide AL25051801769 & service call center no. call no. +91 8318169784. but we regret that till now no response has been received we request to please view the matter seriously & ensure that we don,t have to suffer further
