Complaint Faulty product sell by Symphony in worst condition....

    Dear all,

    I have purchased the symphony cooler product sense 50, but unfortunately it was fault/defective.

    Product details are as follows:

    Symphony Sense 50 / HSN/SAC-8479
    S/N: 1071348007583
    Invoice No 233
    Date of purchase: 17/05/18
    From Sanghavi Electronics jail road, Nashik-422101.

    I want to inform you that, my symphony cooler was not working properly from purchasing date, reason is water coming from inside through fan and spreading outside.
    Totally worst product selling by symphony company, while purchasing time I was told to Sanghavi electronics for providing seal pack product but he is not agreeing with me,
    and finally demo product purchased.

    But I want to ask you that why you are selling this type of product in market?
    Have you check the quality of product before marketing/selling? Blindly selling your product…!!

    I am sending the inner side photos of my cooler to you and check carefully, really want to consumer forum case on you.
    Big holes observed near the net of honeycomb pad during repairing your engineer at last night, and he repaired with using big part of plastic and honeycomb pad also damaged.
    But issue not resolved again same problem happened after some time.

    I want to replace my product don’t repair or replace any part of cooler, I want to totally replace my cooler with new and seal pack from warehouse packing.

    If you not able to replace then I will act on you, I will expose this issue in newspaper media, market complaint, as well as consumer forum.
