Complaint PLI matured amount not credited till date

    Sir, My pli policy No APS 940525L has matured on 16 Mar 2018, documents are dispatch on 20 Mar 2018, on 02 May 2018 the matured amount not credited and i complaint the matter to Director of APS PLI imediately, on 05 May 2018 i received reply mail by written the sanction memo has been issued to the bank on 24 Apr 2018 and the amount will be credit within 15 days, on complition of 15 days and more amount is not credited, therefore, you are requested again and again to credit the amount as soon as posible, thanking you Sir.
