  • IDEA Customer Care Number for Prepaid & Postpaid EMAIL ID - Complaint

    I have following grievances.
    1. Internet speed very slow
    2. When i changed my postpaid to prepaid i paid whatever amount was due still i got repeated calls from your people who were talking very rudely.
    3. I did not get a single message or email for the same. I got the mail very late with link...after which i paid the amout immediately.
    4. Before receiving the mail i went to idea off at 3 different places ..everywhere i was told that they can't accept the amount for inactive number.
    5 staff at service center not talking properly
