But I’m not able to use 3G in my pack, I have already informed to your executive I have 3G sale so why you people activating 4G on my sim.

Its seem, you people making fool to your customer those having 3G cell so why you people activate 4G for them.

I have been alloted CUG No.8501097711. Later, I have shifted to other department. As such my sim was deactivated. Later on the call of customer care centre, i have approached to concerned service center in Vijayawada, for reactivation on the same SIM Card as there is a problem in the PHONE Instrument ( another SIM Card cannot be inserted). But the concerned representative expressed their inability.
In this connection, I request to know, is it not possible for activation of Present SIM. If possible, let me inform and reactivate the same.

I have following grievances.
1. Internet speed very slow
2. When i changed my postpaid to prepaid i paid whatever amount was due still i got repeated calls from your people who were talking very rudely.
3. I did not get a single message or email for the same. I got the mail very late with link...after which i paid the amout immediately.
4. Before receiving the mail i went to idea off at 3 different places ..everywhere i was told that they can't accept the amount for inactive number.
5 staff at service center not talking properly

I have been struggling to start my SMS, STD, Internet service from last 3-4 months but it didn't got resolved. I have even raised the complain several times in IDEA gallery but they said it cannot be fixed , I even request them allow to port the number to different ISP but again it was not possible because of SMS sending issue.

IDEA gallery had promised me the viewer of Rs 1000/- of my last bill, for which they sent an email to the concerned department and also said that the will try the same for coming bill.

I am raising the complain again and again, without my knowledge it is getting closed at the next moment.

Now , I am going to file a legal case on IDEA for cheating the loyal costumer.

Request you to solve the issue and bill viewer al the earliest .
