    Sir/Madam,
    I am Siddhartha Barman,your UTS app user since 2016. Previously I used mobile no 8486023362 as r wallet which was an aircel connection. Now the operator has stopped all of their service and connection. So I tried to use my present connection no 9831566062 in the same handset. But your app doesn't allow me to use the new no as because of same IMEI no. I mailed you twice on 4th april'2018 & 6th april'2018 in id utsconsolekol@gmail.com, but do not get any response till now. I called in no 138 Several time from my new no 9831566062 but no one there to receive it . Now I have to face counter queue on regular basis which is very irritating for an UTS user.
    So, I request you to kindly look at the matter and allow me to use my new connection 9831566062 instead of old one 8486023362 in same handset at the earliest.
