We have purchase 9 nos of split AC inverter type, out of which one no. was defective and was checked by the technician at the time (16Jan18) of installation. As per technician its PCB card was defective and need replacement. After two and half months he came on 27th Mar18 with same PCB card and after checking he said that fan motor is defective and needs replacement.Till now we are waiting for our AC to be functional.Almost three months have gone out of 12 months warranty.VERY VERY POOR AFTER SALES SUPPORT.Vendor Name Cool Wave Air Conditioning Jamia Nagar Okhla
