Respected Sir,
The Asstt. Estate manager of unit 14 Mumbai,namely mr.lalwani,Mr.rele,legal DEPT.and mr.shembekar ,SURVEYOR and Mr.bhalearao ,inspector have hidden reports dated 2 Nov 2015 and 5 april 2016,and given false and manipulated report of plot no 16 to the lawyer anu r khanna,in order to show falsely that LATIF janmohamed is in possession of part of our plot,which is contrary to mpt's own inspections reports .how can mpt officers show a goonda illegally being in possession,when he is not having any possession.in fact this goonda is having one FiR no.386 of 15,and 24 N.C.'s and one chapter case no .110 of 17 against him at mahim police station.
It is obvious the estate managers officers have betrayed the govt to show him as being in part possession of our plot .
They have done this to favour this goonda so that he can produce this notice on court and get away Scot free in FIR 386/15 and also to mislead the city civil court in s.c suit no.102112/16.counter claim13720 of 17 and crimina application no.03/17 and cr. w.p no 4543/15,so that wrong orders in his favour are given by the court
Kindly take strict action immediately as these officers are a blot on our nation and Modiji's vision of a corruption free india .
This goonda is threatening my wife and two small girls to hand over my shops to him,citing this notice of mpt.
He can even kill us as he is a very violent person.
