I am to say that I have directed one of your customer care executive (Telugu) in the month of December 2017 to discontinuance of my membership for the financial year 2018-19 forthwith.
But to my surprise He did not do so and an amount of Rs 1899/- was deducted from my HDFC Credit card.
Many calls have not yielded any response from the company.
Is the amount Rs. 1899/- a small amount.
I don't want to continue the OneAsst membership anymore.
You are hereby ordered to refund the deducted amount.
