    Hi team,
    My account was deactivated and I was went to branch and thet people are so helpful and I really appreciate that. but after that i was called to the customer care for get the details as my account is activated or not and she ask me some security questions and I informed her my DOB but she denied and state its wrong so I thought I was submitted my license and on the license birthe year was change so I also confirm that but then she ask me about last transaction so I told her that LIC credited 10000 rs amount in my account so she ask me way of the transaction so I also dont know about the same so she denied and when I am trying to talk her she was not replying for a min and I am clearly getting a background sound but she not replying and disconnect the call I need to escalate this issue its not a customer service I am also doing a same Job but we are not treat customer like this
