Hi team,
My account was deactivated and I was went to branch and thet people are so helpful and I really appreciate that. but after that i was called to the customer care for get the details as my account is activated or not and she ask me some security questions and I informed her my DOB but she denied and state its wrong so I thought I was submitted my license and on the license birthe year was change so I also confirm that but then she ask me about last transaction so I told her that LIC credited 10000 rs amount in my account so she ask me way of the transaction so I also dont know about the same so she denied and when I am trying to talk her she was not replying for a min and I am clearly getting a background sound but she not replying and disconnect the call I need to escalate this issue its not a customer service I am also doing a same Job but we are not treat customer like this

Bank has not uploaded my photo in my signature card though I have submtted the application in prescribed form three times. I am facing problem to operate the account in other branch of Bank of Baroda. Please take immediate necessary action so as to enable me to operate the account in other branches easily.
