Complaint No customer service

    I asked the kolkata HIGHLAND PARK INOX box office ticket guy (Bhola nath biswas) at 5.45 pm 05/02/2018 to give me 7.05 pm padmawat 2D show...
    I clearly mentioned him that I wanted the 2D show and even asked what time the movie will get over and showed him the seat I wanted to sit..
    I return he gave me 3D ticked of 6.05 pm show without confirming in the audio speaker..
    I waited 1 hour in the mall for the show to start and when I entered the inox Even the security guard did not check the time in the ticket and let me in at 7.pm without informing that I am holding the wrong ticket. PLEASE CHECK WHAT TIME I ENTERED THE MOVIE MALL.
    When I noticed there’s no show I went down to the box office to complain and the counter guy completely said that I asked for the 3D show and nothing can be done now after with he called the manager (Miraj Ahmed) even the manager VERY SMARTLY told me that there’s no audio available so they cannot justifie who’s fault it was and said he can’t help. I knew they would never listen to any customer complaining.

    IF I REALLY WANTED TO SEE THE 3D SHOW AT 6.05 pm WHY WHOULD I WASTED 1 HOUR ROAMING IN THE MALL, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE MOVIE MALL DIRECTLY AT 6.05 PM SHOW..

    IF INOX REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, SO I REALLY EXPECT SOME GENUINE SOLUTION ELSE ITS NO POINT PROVIDING CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ID..

    it’s not a big deal or involve any big amount or I want any refund. It was just a movie I wanted to see..
    AND NOW IF THE MANAGENT WILL REPLY SAYING THAT ITS MY FAULT THAT I DID NOT CROSS CHECK THE TICKET.

    THEN...I THINK AFTER HAVING SUCH CONVERSATION WITH THE TICKET GUY MENTIONING HIM EVERYTHING WHAT I WANT, NO ONE WOULD REALLY THINK THAT HE WOULD STILL SO SUCH SILLY MISTAKE AND SPOIL THE WHOLE MOOD.
