    We have booked tickets for tiger zinda hai.
    My seat no is G-15. In auditorium-4. Show time 7.20 pm .
    Unexpected experience i am getting right now. Sharp nails re out on arm rest and hurting all the time. I dont know why you re promoting your multiplex if you keep the things in a same way. . . Reply awaited.

    I asked the kolkata HIGHLAND PARK INOX box office ticket guy (Bhola nath biswas) at 5.45 pm 05/02/2018 to give me 7.05 pm padmawat 2D show...
    I clearly mentioned him that I wanted the 2D show and even asked what time the movie will get over and showed him the seat I wanted to sit..
    I return he gave me 3D ticked of 6.05 pm show without confirming in the audio speaker..
    I waited 1 hour in the mall for the show to start and when I entered the inox Even the security guard did not check the time in the ticket and let me in at 7.pm without informing that I am holding the wrong ticket. PLEASE CHECK WHAT TIME I ENTERED THE MOVIE MALL.
    When I noticed there’s no show I went down to the box office to complain and the counter guy completely said that I asked for the 3D show and nothing can be done now after with he called the manager (Miraj Ahmed) even the manager VERY SMARTLY told me that there’s no audio available so they cannot justifie who’s fault it was and said he can’t help. I knew they would never listen to any customer complaining.

    IF I REALLY WANTED TO SEE THE 3D SHOW AT 6.05 pm WHY WHOULD I WASTED 1 HOUR ROAMING IN THE MALL, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO THE MOVIE MALL DIRECTLY AT 6.05 PM SHOW..

    IF INOX REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, SO I REALLY EXPECT SOME GENUINE SOLUTION ELSE ITS NO POINT PROVIDING CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS AND EMAIL ID..

    it’s not a big deal or involve any big amount or I want any refund. It was just a movie I wanted to see..
    AND NOW IF THE MANAGENT WILL REPLY SAYING THAT ITS MY FAULT THAT I DID NOT CROSS CHECK THE TICKET.

    THEN...I THINK AFTER HAVING SUCH CONVERSATION WITH THE TICKET GUY MENTIONING HIM EVERYTHING WHAT I WANT, NO ONE WOULD REALLY THINK THAT HE WOULD STILL SO SUCH SILLY MISTAKE AND SPOIL THE WHOLE MOOD.

    At inox mpm mall i order pizza n they swipe my card ..but that time they said that server is slow so u will get ur reciept aftrwords.after that they call me asked for tge cash i have given him cash too.after some time i find that they chargedme 2 time ..

    yesterday dated 22/03/19 friday,I have four seats of kesari movie show time 7:35 evening

    in this show one main (sanu kehndi tu le de )song has been deleted
    and not shown

    i ask, what is the reason

    we all are desperately disappointed

    plz do needful.

    I will make a case against u all...
    Why it's happen in then stop the festival or close movie hall...

    My booking reference for a Malayalam movie is 3228469 on 18/02/2022 at INOX Prozone Mall, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. I booked the tickets at 2.54 PM today. I was asked to select the seats. I selected row B 15 and 16. The customer service agent at the counter refused to allot the selected seat and told me to select any other seat other than A & B row mentioning that those are Premium Seats - meaning reserved for people who buy snacks along with the ticket purchase. I don't mind sitting and watching the movie in B or C row but the issue is how can someone force you to buy snacks for allotting a seat of my choice. This is not the first time I am watching movies at these kind of movie halls. The price for all the tickets which ever the row we choose from A to H is the same price. Then why these kind of rules are told to customers. This is some kind of conditional selling "You want to sit in B row then buy snacks else you won't get the desired seat". As such there are not many who are watching movies in the hall due to pandemic. Hope the management understands and inform the customer service at the counter not to discriminate people. I hope to speak to Mr Balasubramanian "The Manager" tomorrow if possible.

    orion mall gorakhpur mai ticket k saath jabardasti popcorn diya jaa raha hai .....ticket counter pr keh rahe hain agar popcorn nahi lwnge to ticket nahi milega ..customer ko online book karna pad
