    Dear Sir,
    Myself and my Husband had made an online reservation of the bus - Kolhapur to Swargate semi luxury bus No MH 06 58957 (bus timing 3.30 pm dated 1st Jan 2018). While booking we had reserved front 2 seats just behind the driver referring to your booking seat chart. We had specifically reserved the front seats as we had our 2 wheel suitcase which could be easily places near these seats. We reached the bus stand around 3.10 pm and when we showed the reservation to the ticket clerk he directed us to the last back seat saying our seat nos. are on the last back row.
    We told him why we have booked these seats and requested him to allocate the seats behind the driver. The ticket clerk arrogantly instructing us that we should seat at the back seat or go by another bus. My husband narrated this to the controller. The controller then came to the bus and checked with the clerk. The clerk told that he had already given issued a ticket for that seat to some other passenger. (THE TICKET WAS NOT ISSUED TO ANY PSSANGER WHICH WE CAME TO KNOW AFTER THE CONTROLLER LEFT THE BUS AND THE BUS WAS STOPPED AROUND 100 MTRS FROM THE ORIGINAL STOP). Trusting the clerk the controller requested us to adjust with one seat behind the driver and one in the drivers cabin. Myself had to sit with another male passenger with a child which was very much uncomfortable.
    The ticket issuing clerk ( Mr. Kumbhar) was very arrogant and did have any manners while talking with a lady passenger. He also shouted and told us to complain whoever you want to and I am not bothered about it.
    A person like Mr. Kumbhar is a black sheep to the service industry and MSRTC. I hope based on the above incident you will take strict action against him so that this type of incidents is not repeated and set an example.
