    1. My practical observation of our society is almost all salaried people pay Income Tax (IT)
    2. All men register their property in their house wives.
    3. It means entire black money is invested in gold, houses, house plots, agricultural land, shares etc.
    Here is one suggestion
    4.Let Aadhaar number of the house wife linked to the registered property.
    5.Let Electricity power consumption bills are linked to the Aadhar number
    6. If one pays monthly power bill an amount equal to rupees 3000/- (three thousand ) , that means that property is worth of market value rupees One Crore.
    Second suggestion
    7. Let NEW Building Plan approval with its estimation cost is linked to Aadhaar number and PAN Card number and the same is informed to the Dept. of Income Tax.
