जेटली जी जैसा कि भारतीय मानस में एक बात गहरे बैठी हुई है कि वो बाजार से दस रूपये का साबुन बारह में लेने को तो आसानी से राजी हो जाता है पर दस रुपये के साबुन पर एक रुपया टैक्स जोड़ कर ग्यारह रुपये में लेने को राजी नहीं है। वो दस रुपये से लेकर साठ रूपये तक का साबुन खरीदता है यानि कि कीमत का उस पर इतना प्रभाव नहीं होता वो साठ रुपये का साबुन लेने को राजी है पर दस रुपये के साबुन पर एक रुपये टैक्स देने में उसे आपत्ति होती है। यह एक मिशाल है जो सारे प्रोडक्ट्स पर लागू होती है। इसलिये आपसे अनुरोध है कि जिन वस्तुऔं पर निर्माण के समय टैक्स लिया जा सकता है ले लिया जाये। महोदय मेरा एक होटल है जिसमें कमरे का किराया जो सालाना सोलह लाख आता है पर किराया अधिकतम नौ सौ रुपये होने से टैक्स फ्री है पर मेरी खाने की सालाना बिक्री जो केवल दो लाख सालाना है के लिये टैक्स देना है पर समस्या यह है कि मैं अगर समाधान योजना में जाता हूं तो मुझे कमरे के किराये पर भी पांच % कर देना होगा जो बहुत अधिक बनता है। मुझे टैक्स देने में आपत्ति नहीं है मुझे दो लाख के खाने की बिक्री के लिये माह में तीन नक्शे भरने में आपत्ति है। महोदय मैं पैसठ साल का हूं और प्रोपराइटरशिप में होटल चलाता हूं। अब मेरे सामने एक ही विकल्प बचता है कि मैं अपने होटल में खाने की बिक्री बन्द करके ग्राहको को मिलने वाली सुविधा बन्द करदूं और व्यवसाय का नुकसान करूं। महोदय मैं चाहता हूं कि मुझसे मेरी खाने की बिक्री पर आयकर की तरह एडवांस टैक्स लेलिया जाये और सालाना रिटर्न लेलिया जाये क्योंकि यहां भी समस्या वही है कि ग्राहक साठ से दो सौ रुपया प्लेट की दाल तो खाने में राजी है पर छ: रुपये टैक्स के नाम पर देने को राजी नहीं है। आशा है आप समस्या को समझने और उसका समाधान देने की कृपा करेंगे।

4.Let Aadhaar number of the house wife linked to the registered property.
5.Let Electricity power consumption bills are linked to the Aadhar number
6. If one pays monthly power bill an amount equal to rupees 3000/- (three thousand ) , that means that property is worth of market value rupees One Crore.
Second suggestion
7. Let NEW Building Plan approval with its estimation cost is linked to Aadhaar number and PAN Card number and the same is informed to the Dept. of Income Tax.

I would like to bring to your kind notice about the fraud which is prevailing in your Area ,KirtiNagar, New Delhi.

There is a company which is doing and have done frauds with innocent people of India and abroad.They are spoiling the name of India.They are cheating people by telling that they will provide jobs but actually they don't do any such things.They frequently change their name .

Earlier they run this Company with the name of nownaukri.com, then quickjobs.com and then Jobishh.com and now xellserv.com

If you check the website of these companies they all have thousands of complaints. All these companies are run by Akash Athare. He is the Director of these Companies and has made a big team of people whose only job is to do fraud with people of India and abroad.

It is not only earning a bad name to our country INDIA but hampering the reputation of the country abroad.

I know this very well as I was working with this company(Jobishh.com) for about two months and as soon as I realized that they are just doing fraud and cheating people. I left the same organisation.

I joined this organization on 16th May 2017 and left on 25th July 2017. I have got the salary till June'2017 but they have not paid me the salary of July 2017. Since then I am following with them for my full and final settlement but they have not paid me anything.. Also they have deducted Rs 2000/- every month telling me that it is my PF amount which I will get in future but to my surprise they have not even provided me my PF number even asking again and again.

Also after many calls and follow up they have given me a cheque of Rs 15258/- of Indusind Bank dated 26.12.2017 which got bounced .Also Rs 196/- got deducted from my Vijaya Bank Account against cheque bounce payment charges where I was nowhere at fault.

I would request Govt. of India to take strict action against such fraud people which is not only cheating people but also bringing a very bad name to our country INDIA all over the world.

Also help me out regarding my Full and Final settlement.

But some merchants are not refunding even several reminders they are saying the refund will happen after 45 days .

मोदीजी नमस्कार, मै एक छोटा व्यापारी हु मैंने gst no लिया हुआ है.हम कम्पोजीशन स्कीम के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत है.हमारे यहाँ पर कुछ लोग आते है और कहते है की आप हमें अलग से gst लगाकर बिल बना दीजिये तब हम कहते है की हम कम्पोजीशन के अंतर्गत आने की वजह से अलग से gst नहीं ले सकते है.तब वोह ग्राहक हमारा चला जाता है.तब एक बार एक व्यक्ति से मैंने पुचा की आप लोग यदि अपने इस्तमाल के लिए सामान ले रहे है तो आपको क्यों अलग से gst लगाया हुआ बिल चाहिए.तब उन्होंने मुजे जो बताया उससे मुजे ऐसा लगा की ये बाते सर्कार को बतानी पड़ेगी क्योंकि इस से सर्कार का नुकसान हो रहा है.और सबसे बड़ी बात की छोटे व्यापारी बिचारे बिना धंधे के मर जायेंगे.मुजे आप पर पूरा भरोसा है की आप इसका निराकरण लोओगे और छोटे व्यापारी की मदद करोगे.अब मेरी समज के हिसाब से इसमें सर्कार का कितना नुकसान होता है मै आपको बताता हु.मेरी गलती हो तो माफ़ करियेगा. यदि किसी ने अपनी गाडी के लिए रिटेल दुकान से टायर ख़रीदा जिसकी कीमत ४००० रुपये है.जिस दुकान से टायर ख़रीदा उस दुकानदार को वह टायर कंपनी से ३५०० में मिला है.तो कंपनी ने वोह टायर का gst सरकारको ७६५.६३ दिया होगा.अब होता यह है की जो ग्राहक है वो अपनी गाडी के लिए टायर लेता है और बिल में अपना gst no डलवाता है की जिससे उसे gst क्रेडिट मिल जाए तब उसे gst ८७५.०० gst क्रेडिट मिलाती है.इसका मतलब उसे १०९.३७ ज्यादा मिलाता है.इसका मतलब हुआ की सरकार का १०९.३७ का नुकसान.और वोह टायर के जो बिक चूका है और इस्तमाल हो रहा है उसका कोई भी gst सर्कार को नहीं मिला.तो कया वोह गरीब आदमी की जिसके पास gst no नहीं है वही सिर्फ gst भरे.और gst no वाले मौज उडाये .इन्साफ करिए साहब. बहुत बड़ा घपला CA लोग कर रहे है.और आपकी मेहनत पर पानी फेर रहे

AFTER 01.04.2018 SIR WHY YOU HAVE WASTED MY TIME I AM ASKING YOUR OFFICERS . AND IF YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED LOAN THEN YOU HAVE TO TELL ME BEFORE WHEN I HAVE VISITED TO YOUR BANK 45 DAYS AGO .

My father is under treatment in noor hospital mecca and admitted on 25/05/2018. At present he is in comma at bed no 5 I.c.u. he is suffering from brane hemorrhage and doctor already done operation.

Dear Sir,
I withdraw sum of Rupees 5000 from Central Bank of India ATM, but I hadn't received physically, but deducted from my account.
I had informed this to toll free number of SBI, 10/Aug/18.
Till now no action from there end, still I hadn't received my money back.
I had also mailed to my branch manager ,even call him, but no relief from there side.
Toll free number given me complaint number 4661201524, but when I get my money back, no assurance from there size.
I'm fed-up from all the system, kindly resolve my problem, it's an request.
