    Dear Director/General Manager /Manager,

    With reference to my mail which i have registered a complaint on 27/11/2017 against the Collection Executives, after i raised a complaint on then even though im receiving a call in the same way threatening us & using a Bad Language with Female, i received a call i.e., on 29/11/2017 @ 08:00 pm from 1 of ur collection executive in the name of Vinay was he called asked for a payment so we said that we will paying in the end of this week so kindly give us another 3 days time so he is using bad word & threatening me that if i come near ur address see that i will what im going to do u, though he doesn't no how to speak with ladies using very very bad language, i can provide there contact No.s pls note;
    Vinay 9206486150 received a call on 29/11/2017 & Vinayak - 9035553222 received a call on 27/11/2017 so i kindly telling u to take a sivior action on these ppl either u r taking a action if not i will be making a complaint on them & on ur Finance company for using abuse/bad language with ladies customer without making any mistake & lie ing the EMI is due for 3 month & since it is due for only 1 month. please take an action & replay me that what action has been taken on them.
