I would like to inform you that due some financial problem i didn't make the payment for 6 tenure. on 4th nov-17 two three persons visited at my house & told me that they have arresting warrant. By monday on 6th nov. they came to my shop to collect the payment & i was ready to pay the all pending tenures but they denied & advise me to please visit thier office. After reaching office the denied to collect the payment & excusing me that we are waiting the email to collect the payment. On later they told that we didn't got the email so please come on tommorrow. I visited again on 07.11.17 then they replied that today our gm is on leave so please come on 08.11.17. Today i visited again they they replied that today all staff is out of station for Bhatinda. so i again backed. Please advise me why they making me foolish .If they will haras me then i am helpless to knowk the door of the court.

This is to inform you that, last month itself has cleared your premium for all the emi's and till today have not received any message or email or call towards that the emi loan has been cleared and when will i be getting the NOC from your team.

Please somebody look into and revert on priority.

Post clearance also customers has to follow with your team. Really pathetic service and if we call to customer care service no they will be saying that all the customer care executives are busy with the customers are we not a customer.
