Respected Sir,
Kindly refer to my registered letter dated 26.12.2014 (copy enclosed) regarding negligence and unethical practice on the part of Dr.Rajgopal, Surgeon (Ortho) of Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon. Although four months have passed, no action seems to have been taken against the said Doctor, as I have not heard anything from either your office or from the concerned Hospital. However, my case has been registered with Medical Council of India, New Delhi, vide their letter dated 19.1.2015, addressed to the Registrar, Haryana Medical Council, Chandigarh, with a copy to me.
I may state that I am a regular voter of the esteemed party, BJP, since last 50 years and my membership No. is 1072930616. At this age of 71 years, I have requested your good office to look into my serious grievance, which has resulted my wife, Mrs.Kamlesh Agarwal, into a bed ridden person, just because of negligence on the part of Dr.Rajgopal, Surgeon, even after making huge payment of Rs.4.60 lakh out of my hard-earned pension. Because of her ill health without any proper movement, I have to continue her treatment from Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida, and spending lot of money. I am sorry to state that when the UPA Govt. was in power, common man was suffering and even today when your Govt. is in power, the state of ground level situation has not undergone any change and thousands of persons like me continue to suffer.
Since I am a stout supporter of BJP, and am passing through a difficult situation because of ill treatment given by the said Doctor/Hospital, I prey your honour to kindly look into my complaint personally so that poor people who have reposed faith in your Govt. do not suffer like me. I only request that suitable necessary action should be taken against all concerned, so that justice is delivered and people like me do not suffer in future.
