Moreover the reporters of Nagaland are always unwelcome to enter the state. All servers Internet facility have been disabled. Stike i.e. indefinite Bandh has been imposed on the state. The state has asked to block Internet facilities to hide the matter from going outside of the state. 2 people were already killed in this incident.

Dear all I my self Sanjiv Baid victim by the company selling truck and buses in the name of Volvo Eicher company. I gave requirement to the sales executive for truck having 10tons capacity. I most respectfully submitted that my marriage was performed with Dr. Badar Afaq Khan s/o late Mohmd. Yousuf Khan, R/ O Metro Hospital, Near Mala Talkies, Eidgah Road, Rampur. Uttar Pradesh (244901), according to Muslims Rites and customs and performed on 25/05/2014 at ‘’Holiday INN’’ at Delhi, and the said marriage is an arranged marriage through Jeevansathi matrimonial site.
In the Month of March 2014, Dr Badar afaq Khan and Shoaib Miyan ( Brother-in-law) had visited my parents place at Hyderabad and they enquired about me and my family members and agreed to marry me and expressed their wish to marry me for which we given their consent. Thereafter they discussed the dowry and demanded valuables, household articles and 10 tulas of gold and other items. Also my husband dr. Badar Afaq Khan, Shahida Begum (Mother-in-Law), Shoaib mian(Brother in law), Noori Fatima (Sister) demanded to perform marriage in Delhi five star hotel. As per their wish and demand my parents finalized the venue at Delhi in a Hotel ‘’Holiday Inn’’ which is reputed hotel in delhi, for which my parents have to spent more than 10 Lakhs for the Marriage.
As per the demands of my husband, mother in law my parents given gold ornaments worth of Rs.5Lakhs , paid cash for clothes and other necessities Rs. 3lakhs. On the day of marriage itself my mother in law Shahida begum, and my Husband started nagging me by saying that I have not brought sufficient dowry, household articles & gold ornaments for which we kept quite and ignored their taunts.
After marriage I joined the company of my husband and thereafter my husband, Mother-in-Law Shahida Begum, Shoaib mian(Brother in law), Noori Fatima (Sister) & others started harassing me mentally and physically for want of additional dowry and on various aspects for which I suffered mental agony. My Husband use to Lock me in the room without food and water .
On my Reception day that is 28-05-2014 my husband, Mother-in-Law Shahida Begum ,Noori Fatima & Shoaib Mian called me in front of their relatives and started demanding me to show the gold ornaments and also insulted me by stating that the household articles, AC,TV, Fridge, Washing machine, Microwave, Murphy Richardson mixer grinder juicer & Lots of Utensils which was given by us are of low category.
As I completed my MBBS Degree from Maharashtra & MD from Mumbai and my husband did his MBBS & MS Ortho from Russia which is not recognized by medical council of India. Further the said documents and certificates as they are not recognized and as such his practice is illegal and unauthorized and to cover the same with shadow he has married with me to open Hospital in my name. So he forcefully opened Hospital ‘’METRO HOSPITAL’’ , Near Mala Talkies, Eidgah Road, Rampur. Uttar Pradesh (244901). After opening the hospital most of the patients preffered to visit me as I have rich experience in my subject for that my husband bore grudge and jealous and used to abuse me now and then and also started insulting me before family and strangers, but I tolerated all his misbehaviours for better future.
In the month of August 2014, my parents came to Rampur & again purchased all the necessary household articles, Hospital requirements, they have given Rs. 2,50,000/- as per demand made by my husband and mother in law.
In the month of December 2014 when I was 3months pregnant while cleaning the house I come to know about his first marriage as I got my husband 1st Marriage certificates, Photo, videos & with stranger girls. As a witness shoaib mian sign was their on marriage certificate. This fact is not disclosed either by him or his brother in law before our marriage. When I enquired about this fact to my husband and mother in law they beated me mercilessly and also threatened me not to disclose to my parents and if I disclose to my parents they (husband and in laws) threatened me that they will kill me and my parents and make false propanganda against me and my family and defame us. He use to forcibly snatch out my money and keep my ATM cards & Cheq books along with him and till todays date he hd never return me back and instead misusing it. He forces me to abort as he comes to know about female child. When i refused to do he beated me mercilessly and thrown me out of house by snatching all my Bank documents, cheq books, my ATM/ DEBIT/ VISA Cards. Due to continuous physical & mental torcher In the month of December 2014 I came to my parents house in Hyderabad.
My husband is a bad character man , He is habitual liquor drinker & womeniser. Everyday at house he and his cousins and brother in law brings different girls and enjoy wth them sexually, and to me these people locks m in the room without food and water, and snatches my phone also. He threatens me with the Help of non-licensed guns which is kept in his house at Rampur.
On 10/05/2015 blessed with daughter then my husband and mother in law visited to Hyderabad and started harassing again for giving birth to female child.
On 19/07/2015 in view of Ramzan Eid along wth his mother and other family members visited Hyderabad and with great difficulties my parents have given gold ornaments , Gold chain, and other valuable gifts.
On 8/9/2015 I went to Rampur to my husbands house along with my daughter and mother. After that my mother return back to Hyderabad.
But my husband behaviour became more aggressive and he was beating me and my 5 month old daughter mercilessly and locking us in a room, snatched away my mobile. With lots of trouble anyhow I called my parents to sort out the problem. But when my parents came to Rampur my husband and my in laws started abusing us in filthy language and threatened us with dire consequences and thrown all of us tht is me, my daughter, my parents, &my uncle out of the house. We went to my husband uncles YASIN CHACHA house , we waited for three days that all matter to be sorted out but at his uncles house also my husband,his brother in law will come and threatens us and then for want of safety we stayed at Hotel Delite, Rampur. In hotel Delite also my husband came and beated me & threatens me and my parents to leave Rampur at the earlist without doing any legal procedure. .if u want u can check cctv footage of Hotel Delite, of arrival of dr. badar afaq.
My husband was not willing to give my Medical degree certificates back to me. I approached to Police and given complain letter to S.P. Rampur dated 14/10/15 then only I was able to get back my medical (MBBS & MD Degree) certificates, some of my baby clothes and under police protection me, my daughter, my parents returned back to Hyderabad on 16/10/ 2015 after tht we never went back to Rampur.As still all my bank blank cheq books, ATM/DEBIT CARDS are with him, and he is misusing it. Even all my clothes , all my Dahej articles, furnitures, cubboard/ almera, Dinning Table, suitcases and bags, my Gold are with him at rampur. He is not giving back and saying if I want it back I have to sign on blank papers, Divorse papers. I refused to sign on any paper. So I want to do FIR against my husband Dr. Badar Afaq Khan, my mother-in law Shahida Begum , my husbands Brother in law Shoaib mian and sister Noori Fatima and Saifullah.
One day I got some messages on IMO Video app by girl Sana Khan she works as receptionalist in our Metro Hospital, she explained about Sexual assault by my Husband with her , the detail of which I am enclosing the copy with this complaint letter. When I said her to lodge the complain she also said that my husband had given threat to defame and kill her if she disclosed the things infront of other people.
On 18/8/2017 I received one Legal notice dt 14/08/2017 of cheq bounce which is send by Saifullah S/o Asadullah, R/O Kuncha Sekalgran, Thana Kotwali, District Rampur, U.P., said notice is based on incorrect and false facts and has been sent to me with malafide intention in collusion with my husband Dr. Badar Afaq Khan. As already in Hyderabad civil & criminal courts and also at Supreme Court Delhi I had lodged cases against him 498A IPC CC. no. 614/2015 dated 25/11/15 & DVC no. 53/16 dated 23/2/2016, but neither of them attended the DVC cases and only 2-3 times attended criminal cases.Still the cases are pending from last two years in Hyderabad court. He also made my false sign on Divorse papers and send me Talaq ,For which I hd filed Transfer Petition no. OS no 542/2016 at Supreme court which is also pending. So to mentally harass me and hatch money from me and my parents he is doing all these nefarious things.
My husband married for third time dated 12/01/2017, with Dr. Tania Khalid, BDS without giving talaq to me.
I don’t even know this Saifullah and have never met him during my stay at my in-laws house at Rampur or anywhere else. The Legal notice which is send by Saifullah states that I had taken Rs. 3,00,000/- from him and I had given him a cheque No. 195249 of Rs. 3,00,000/- drawn on Axis Bank, Account No. 912010045976387 on 13.06.2017, which gets bounced. Since I have not taken any loan from him so therefore there is no question of its payment and cheq bounce. This Saifullah alongwith my husband Badar Afaq Khan have hatched a conspiracy against me since there are number of litigation going in-between me and my husband who had turned me out alongwith my small daughter from my maternal house at Rampur on 16.10.2015 and had retained all my cloth, jewelry, important documents, cheque books and other bank related documents. Sri Badar Afaq Khan has used one of the said cheques out of the cheque book whom he had got my signature affixed during my stay there at Rampur (U.P.).
This notice is false, wrong and incorrect. I have not issued cheque No. 195249 of Rs. 3,00,000/- drawn on Axis Bank, account No. 912010045976387 to you. There is no question of issuing the said cheque as there has been no transaction between us. The said cheque has been procured by Saifullah through nefarious means and therefore its use and its dishonor by the Bank is of no consequence. In such manner my husband along with this third person Blackmailing me to hatch money from me. My husband use to send me offensive messages on facebook and whats app and torches me.
I am sending this FIR through registered post becoz to come to Rampur is Risky for me and my parents as already my husband and my inlaws had warned us and had life threatens us tht if I or any of my family members comes to Rampur they wl kill us.
On date 28/8/2017 I went to lodge FIR at Police station, Nampally, Hyderabad, But the P.I. Mr. Ravindra Reddy said offence occurred in Rampur Uttar Pradesh so I have to file Complain at Rampur U.P. I explained all the facts but he refused to take the complaint. So, I request you to kindly consider the background of this case and accept my FIR against Dr. Badar Afaq Khan, Shaheeda Begum, Shoaib Mian, Noori Fatima, Saifullah, and take necessary actions against these people by initiating legal proceedings.
So by the brief facts which I explained above you can easily make out that my husband and my in-laws are professional criminals who use to marry girls of good and educated family and then hatches lots of money, and then throw them out of the house.
PLZZZ PROTECT ME , MY DAUGHTER AND MY PARENTS FROM THESE MONSTERS…

Kindly refer to my registered letter dated 26.12.2014 (copy enclosed) regarding negligence and unethical practice on the part of Dr.Rajgopal, Surgeon (Ortho) of Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon. Although four months have passed, no action seems to have been taken against the said Doctor, as I have not heard anything from either your office or from the concerned Hospital. However, my case has been registered with Medical Council of India, New Delhi, vide their letter dated 19.1.2015, addressed to the Registrar, Haryana Medical Council, Chandigarh, with a copy to me.
I may state that I am a regular voter of the esteemed party, BJP, since last 50 years and my membership No. is 1072930616. At this age of 71 years, I have requested your good office to look into my serious grievance, which has resulted my wife, Mrs.Kamlesh Agarwal, into a bed ridden person, just because of negligence on the part of Dr.Rajgopal, Surgeon, even after making huge payment of Rs.4.60 lakh out of my hard-earned pension. Because of her ill health without any proper movement, I have to continue her treatment from Sharda Hospital, Greater Noida, and spending lot of money. I am sorry to state that when the UPA Govt. was in power, common man was suffering and even today when your Govt. is in power, the state of ground level situation has not undergone any change and thousands of persons like me continue to suffer.
Since I am a stout supporter of BJP, and am passing through a difficult situation because of ill treatment given by the said Doctor/Hospital, I prey your honour to kindly look into my complaint personally so that poor people who have reposed faith in your Govt. do not suffer like me. I only request that suitable necessary action should be taken against all concerned, so that justice is delivered and people like me do not suffer in future.

Re: Serious defects found on J&J Hip Implant
I am a business person based in New Delhi. For the last 10 years my mother was suffering from Hip transfers which was manufactured by Johnson and Johnson of USA.
As the Hip Implant system has been found very defective and thousands of patients in India have received this Implant, but only a few are aware of the defective effects. The Government of India, Ministry of Health is shown interest in taking action.
In this connection an 11-Member Committee set up by the Health Ministry in 2017 came to the conclusion that J&J was at fault for serious medical negligence. The case histories of the patients have revealed that a flaw in the design of the implant led to an increase in chromium and cobalt levels in the body, which had a toxic effect on other parts of the body, endangering the lives of the patients.

I am also one of the witnesses in this issue since my 80 year old mother had to undergo three surgeries to remove the broken implant and her life was saved with great difficulty.
In this connection, I would like to meet you to make thousands of Indians aware of this problem and the negligence on the part of John & Johnson.

निवेदन है कि मेरे पिता जी पंजाब बिजली बोर्ड में कर्मचारी थे उनकी मृत्यु 12/8/2004 को on duty हो गई थी लेकिन पंजाब बिजली बोर्ड ने तरस के आधार पर नौकरी नहीं दी।
क्योंकि तरस खाने वाली policy बंद कर दी थी।
लेकिन पंजाब सरकार ने 16/4/2010 के बाद मृत बिजली कर्मचारियों पर तरस खाना शुरू कर दिया है
ऐसी कोई policy बनाई है।
16/4/2010 के पहले मृतक आश्रित कहा से तरस खाने वाली policy लेकर आए।
जिसे देखकर कर सरकार को हम पर तरस आ जाए।
कृपया हमारी मदद करें।
हमने बिजली बोर्ड से आर्थिक मदद नहीं ली है
