i have been using samsung galaxy note -5 single sim -32 GB -gold since 7-8 months & in the last week i got an auto update message from samsung for updating android accordingly the same was updated & upgraded. After updation & upgradation I found that my mobile was in switch off condition and i was not able to start the same. after 3 hours the same has switched on automatically and now the phone behaves erratically & malfunctioning. further, the back switch is also not functioning. Please advice what shall i do , as i am residing in paradeep 754142- odisha and my phone is under warrnty period and the service out let at paradeeo has denied to collect the phone as they have no authorisation to open note-5.
