Since I am facing a problem while attempt to outgoing call it showing "Call not sent". My Samsung mobile model no. is SM-G313HU and Android version 4.4,2

However if I disable mobile data option it's allow to outgoing call. Tried to interchange sim and other option but failed to resolved the issue.

Request please guide.
