Dear Sir/Madam,
Your representative had collected the cheque from me on 11 Aug 15 ( PNB New Delhi Cheque No 606035 for Rs 909.00 dated 11 Aug 15) I am pained to state that neither the cheque has been presented by you to bank not I have received the coupon.When we call up on phone we are made to wait for a long time and finally one gets fed up and disconnecd the phone.Even if we leave message no one responds .It is a poor state of affairs at TOI subscription department.If this service has been outsourced then they deserve to be booted out Regards Col Prem Joneja 9990600832
