    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent bus service I experienced on 2 Jan 2024 on route Goa. Unfortunately, my journey was marred by several issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.

    Firstly, the bus was significantly delayed, which inconvenienced me . Punctuality is crucial, and the prolonged wait left me of frustrated and late for our respective commitments.

    Moreover, the behavior of the bus staff was disappointing. The service people were rude and unhelpful, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for passenger. Courtesy and professionalism should be fundamental aspects of customer service, and I believe improvements are needed in this regard.

    I understand that unforeseen circumstances can contribute to delays, but consistent efforts to maintain schedules and enhance customer interactions would greatly improve the overall service quality.

    I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that prompt action will be taken to address these concerns. As a loyal customer, I believe in the potential for improvement within your company and hope that future experiences will be more positive.
