My daughter booked with you to travel from Bangalore to port on 20 June at 10.20 pm from jayanagar 4 block.
At 10.20 while waiting for bus Marathi travels, the driver phones to say to come to 9 block. We took auto to get to 9 block and after many phone calls found correct place. Driver was not apologetic, instead he was rude. It wS raining and my daughter was travelling alone.
Why was there a sudden change at the last minute. We had to pay extra 150 rupees and to go through that hassle.
Could you please look into the matter. And let me have necessary compensation.

As per ticket Boarding point: Kolkata Airport
Landmark: Super Travels Counter (near SBI ATM) time 8.40 pm.

We are standing (me ,my wife and 4 yrs son) in front of boarding point,bus is cross in front my eyes but not stopped in boarding point,then I complaint to agent,agent replies it is not your bus.then I hyper and said bus no is same then why u tell it is not your bus.agent don't know bus no also.i called to another no which was showing in my eticket he is telling what can I do if bus is not stopped in boarding point.after some time I got bus driver or contractor no ,I called up to that no and said please stop the bus I am coming,he said OK no problem.after that I said to agent please arrange one cab for reached the bus,he said it is not our look out.
he said also you are not taking ticket from my side.

Now my question is who is look this matter.
If bus is crossed boarding point then who is responsible for pickup the bus,how I run with luggage and son up to 4 or 5 km.

I want please give me clarifications asap.

Wt actually the customer care is doing.. It's totally 1200..i lost my money.. Response quickly and refund as soon as possible

I booked in redbus non ac sleeper female seat for my sister from banglore to Hubli on may 6th 9.30pm bus.. Later beside her one male passanger they allot from Yashwantpur. When my sister questioned this thing driver and staff informed in SRS beside female male person also we  allot male passanger.. We don't have rules as for female only female like that.. She scared to argue with them .. And this is really unacceptable thing.. If SRS bus is Alloting seat to male beside female then keep it clarity with app. raising this complaint against SRS and staff member of may 6th bus.. Hopefully this will not happen with any other female passager.

Driver was very rude and misbehaved , he took money and boarded many people even without booking also.
