Complaint Very Bad Experience

    I had visited Subway Race Course Ring Road, Rajkot Branch in Gujarat- India.

    While placing order & making payment I had asked that in Veg. Delite cheese will be there he said Yes.

    I had ordered for 5-30cm Foot Long (2-Honey Oats & 3-Multigrain Breads) & 1-Salad all items Jain & paid the amt accordingly Rs.2040/-

    When my turn came, Honey-Oats Breads were out of stock. I said Ok then make it if 5-Multigrain Breads. Then I asked him to put cheese slice. I can give cheese sauce but not slice. The employee told me it’s chargeable extra. I told how come it’s possible. I told him I order it on ZOMATO there is no extra charge. He responded I don’t how ZOMATO works. Then I told I Had been to other 2-Outlets in Rajkot. They do provide free of cost.
    Then that employee told me they would be providing but we are not. I said him that is also subway then how is it possible??? He told me Franchise Owners are different that’s why.

    So is it franchise owners are going to dictate subways working in any particular area???

    That was really very rude & unethical for me. I stood there for my turn for 10-15 mins with my little daughter. Then I told him to cancel the bill & return my money.
    He did it straight away with no regrets of loosing customer & refunded me my money.

    Then I ordered it online on ZOMATO. So is it Subway wants to promote more ZOMATO/ Swiggy rather than customer come over there and pick up.

    But I want to ask Subway working will be decided by franchise owners
