i work in AMBIT IT park . i called subway to place an order , they simply disconnected the call . i called them back again thinking its the phone issue. they answered the call and said that they cant take an order now . what an irresponsible reply they gave. i wanted to order sub for my entire team and this is the response i got from them. worst service EVER , i would not place an order anymore and im not going to recommend subway to my friends.

Ordered Subway -Mayur vihar phase-1 ,Delhi.
Received the Order with minimum sauces & upon replacement the staff argued with us for a long time & also gave the brilliant idea of sending sauces only.

After argument,finally got replacement of veggie delite

I placed the order for 2 subways amounting to 357 rs however both were tasteless and they lacked veggies, chicken and Turkey chunks ...even the sauces weren't added appropriately. ..it was a pathetic experience and I feel I wasted my money. ..I want a Manager of senior official of subway to contact me on 8169145894 ...

I'm ordering sub sandwich continuesly since 3/4 days now the thing is that I ordered sub paneer sandwich in day 2,Wich was very very tasty now on day 3 again I ordered the same sandwich into 1+1=2 same sandwich same things including sausage veges and bread I love multigrean honey bread now the 2 sandwich I oders for me yesterday was horrible in tast felt like they have just put some veggies very very less sausage in short sandwich tast was not at all good to eat 1 sandwich I eat and other one I gave to my watcham, I couldn't even finish the entire sandwich just because of the tast
How come the same order which was ordered priviously was so well and tasty to eat and the very second day it's was so horrible
Pleas let me know until that I m going stop eating sun sandwich from my end

I would like to inform that our order ( id no. #47310526954 ) was not delivered with all the items . We had made the payment for three cookies besides the other items and confirmed the order on phone with your outlet too (contacted phone number +91 8048574807 ) , yet the complete order was not delivered and we were delivered only one cookie out of three . Its not about two cookies but cheating will always be cheating be it big or small ! And on complaing with your outlet they tried to make a bargain by delivering the other two cookies on our next order !!!! And when we told them that we would be sending an email complaining about the issue they said 'go ahead and do whatever you wish to ' ! This is the second time such an issue has taken place .

Please take cognizance of the issue as early as possible so that no one suffers with similar problems in future .

I Have ordered 4 subway online thorugh Swiggy from Bhandup West, order worth Rs.749/- order placed at around 3pm & delivered at around 4pm. My order was received wet condition, packing paper bag was torn. I tried to call Subway delivery point but no body responded. I have asked delivery boy to take return the order but he said that the order received in same condition from Subway. it is not in eating condition which was ordered for small children of age 11years.

The mexican patty i ordered from noida sector 141 advant had a very bad taste made my stomach upset and the server denied to even hear my complaint. Bad service

I used to work in the subway, but I had to change cities to study. So after I quit my job, I didn't get paid on pay day. Should I be paid for the time I worked there or not? But they will not get paid if I refuse the net. Will you help me with this? Or should I take legal action?

We had bought Veggie delight from Kilpauk , Chennai inspite of telling your staff they have not sufficiently had veggie fillings . It's an past experience too. I humbly want to bring it management notice . I started loving subs during my trip to Australia in the yr 2010 as I'm pure vegetarian.

I have visited subway in Viviana Mall on 10 th June and tried to Gpay thrice as subway didn't receive any money I had to pay cash of Rs. 250/-
My bank statement shows deducted amount and also Gpay confirmed credit tto your account.
As I have paid extra Rs. 750/- kindly refund my amount at earliest

I Priyanka Tanaji Chile have made payments for Rs. 250/-thrice at subway Viviana on 10.06.2023 but all payments were declined and I had to pay cash.

I have bought sub from subway Viviana on 10.06.23. I have paid via Gpay thrice for Rs. 250/- and as amount was not credited I had to pay cash. Even after lodging complaint till now I have not received refund. Kindly arrange the refund immediately.

I have order 2paneer tikka it’s totally dry bread was to much hard and rough. Stuffing was also not proper added no sauces added no cheese it’s waste of my money. I am also inform to billing person he says next time no issue but i have face this on this time. Why i will come there and waste my money because i have already waste my money.

I have ordered roasted chicken sub but to my surprise the roasted chicken was not there in it .It only had cucumbers , lattice and olive , nothing else . It wasn't expected at all and I'm highly disappointed.

I had visited Subway Race Course Ring Road, Rajkot Branch in Gujarat- India.

While placing order & making payment I had asked that in Veg. Delite cheese will be there he said Yes.

I had ordered for 5-30cm Foot Long (2-Honey Oats & 3-Multigrain Breads) & 1-Salad all items Jain & paid the amt accordingly Rs.2040/-

When my turn came, Honey-Oats Breads were out of stock. I said Ok then make it if 5-Multigrain Breads. Then I asked him to put cheese slice. I can give cheese sauce but not slice. The employee told me it’s chargeable extra. I told how come it’s possible. I told him I order it on ZOMATO there is no extra charge. He responded I don’t how ZOMATO works. Then I told I Had been to other 2-Outlets in Rajkot. They do provide free of cost.
Then that employee told me they would be providing but we are not. I said him that is also subway then how is it possible??? He told me Franchise Owners are different that’s why.

So is it franchise owners are going to dictate subways working in any particular area???

That was really very rude & unethical for me. I stood there for my turn for 10-15 mins with my little daughter. Then I told him to cancel the bill & return my money.
He did it straight away with no regrets of loosing customer & refunded me my money.

Then I ordered it online on ZOMATO. So is it Subway wants to promote more ZOMATO/ Swiggy rather than customer come over there and pick up.

But I want to ask Subway working will be decided by franchise owners

I had dined for lunch in ur subway in chennai near vellacherri n was served by arun, everythinh was gud n fine as per ur standards except the 500ml water bottel brand n yhe selling price doeanot match. 30/- for 500ml water pet bottel n the name of the brand served doesnot exist when serched in google. The name was "aquas" a brand like subway serving a unknown brand for a humungus rate. N the price of the water bottel was never mentioned anywere in the restaurants n neither the server mentioned about it. This seems to be a rutheless day light roberry from your customers. I wana to share the pictures of the bill, the bottel n your shop- how do i go about????

Charged the money but the sales person was not even wearing a gloves after cleaning counter top. The subway is setup in AsterCMI hospital and they don't even clean up after cleaning the registers and counter top. Not acceptable. I would like my money back . Call 9900024620. I will definitely not forget the way they were handling food.

I visit subway more often near Begumpet but recently there is a subway opened in Hubsiguda, Hyderabad Telangana. I was craving for a sub so visited the new store and they were asking to pay 30rs extra to cheese toast the bread which I never paid in any other store, and they only add 3pieces of each Veggies in 6" sub and bread quality was worst. They don't even have Southwest sauce. When I asked why they are charging extra they simple said this is direct outlet from SUBWAY and I'm not sure about that. The works in the store are worst no cleanliness at all while making a sub she was scratching on her body and with same hands has she was putting the veggies.
