    Hi,
    Please let me know the procedure to apply for my convocation certificate. Tried calling many times to helpline and university contacts, but did not get a response.
    I had been graduated in the year 2015, due to some personal reasons was not able to collect.

    Please do reply me the procedure to collect it in either ways:
    1. How can I apply online - URL for applying and the procedure
    2. Directly come to vtu belgaum and collect it- what is the procedure and what to carry
    3. Can I send a person instead of my presence and what all needs to be carried
