I entered directly to the 6th through crash course.. Because I was yb this year and not applied for scolorship though I m ST caste.. Because of this the college they are asking cet fees 40000..and clg fess. . Though I m ST caste. They shud not collect money of cet caste. . Help me out form this

Iam studing in 4th semester.I have one back subject in 3rd semester. MOM is my back subject. Iam confident that i will pass if i give this subject for revaluation. Sir I am student of Vtu ,usn number-1at09is035, atria institute of technology, information science department, I have one subject remaining to apply for pdc that subject programming the web(10cs73) I scored 28marks so,I applied for revaluation on may19 2017 of this year and i send the request letter to get the grace marks of 5+2 so that I can pass in above mentioned subject,but now i saw the notification for june-july 2017 online examination application form even those revaluation results not yet announced even they have apply for online examform,so i got big doubt could i apply for this examinatiin or not that is my problem please give a conclusion should i have to apply for online exam form june-july 2017 or not.

I have studied my first year in this college and I have failed in all subject in first year I don't want to study diploma in Karnataka as I am living in maharashtra and due to my family's finicinal condition i am not able to pay the course further fee. So I want to take for commerce but my original documents are submitted in college during adminision(school leaving certificate and SSC marks card ) I want my documents but college VSMIT is demanding for 2nd and 3rd year fee for returning of documents. As my family's finicinal condition is week I am not able to pay 2nd and 3rd year fee.

hi all plz clarify... I completed B.E with overall aggri i.e 1 to 8 sem with 58 percent and degree 5 to 8 sem with 62 percent now that has become biggest confusion. Based on 5 to 8, VTU has awarded First class degree but i'm confused to apply for jobs which asks FIRST CLASS DEGREE WITH 60 PERCENT MARKS.... So any seniors out there plz clarify....thanks
