    1. In Vasanth & Co Invoice, they rubber stamped, Installation Charges Free. Then why did they collect from me for Installation Charges Rs. 2,130.00 (Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred and Thirty Only).

    I attached Vasanth & co Purchased Invoice Copy.

    2. Vasanth & Co promised me that Delivery Charges Free. But it was also Rs. 296.61 + GST collected from me and cheated me.

    Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285 . He promised me on 19/07/2018(Thursday) my Air Conditioner deliver my Residential Address and Installation to be done at 14:00 hours on 20/07/2018 (Friday).
    (I) When I Received the New Brand Air Conditioner (OUTDOOR) with Damaged Condition from your Dealer of M/s. Vasanth & Co.
    I asked Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285 about OUTDOOR Air Conditioner Damaged. But he didn’t response Properly.
    AND
    (II) Installation also not done on 20/07/2018 (Friday)

    Ms. Banu ( Customer Care Incharge ) from your Customer Care from your cutomer care department called me and given one Your LG Service Engineer Mobile Number 07845266336, his name is Mr. Madhan. I called your LG Service Engineer Mr. Madhan and he replied I will not come today (20/07/2018-Friday)
    Then I Called Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285, again he promised the same day I will arrange for installation with another LG Service Engineer. And he told the work has to be done within Half-an-Hour.
    Then the Another LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) came my residence at 17:00 hours only on 20/07/2018 (Friday).
    WRONG COMMITMENT BY MR. CHANDRU (09551685285). – DELAYED INSTALLATION
    Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285 promised me the Air Conditioner installation to be done at 14:00 hours. But your LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) came my residence at 17:00 hours only on 20/07/2018 (Friday).
    Your LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) also not done installation on that day 20/07/2018. He partly finished his work only at 20:45 hours. And he told my time is over, I will continue the work tomorrow (21/07/2018) at 10:00 hours and he finished installation at 14:30 hours only.
    Your LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) took time for installation totally 8 hours 15 minutes.
    He started his work from at 17:00 hours and partially finished his work at 20:45 on 20/07/2018. He took the time is 3 hours 45 minutes.
    And he continued his work on 21/07/2018 (Saturday) at 10:00 hours and he totally finished his work at 14:30 hours. That day he took the time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

    1st day (20/07/2018-Friday) installation time : 3:45 hours
    2nd day (21/07/2018-Saturday) installation time : 4:30 hours = 3:45+4:30 = 8:45 hours.
    Actually Total Air Conditioner installation time is 8 hours 15 minutes.
    Then how Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285 promised me the installation time is just only Half- an- Hour.
    Didn’t he know the work ?
    Is he not experienced Person in sales ?
    Does he not know the basic knowledge of fitment time ?
    Does he not know the Customer Satisfaction is main ?
    Customer will be happy if he says more of the time and then ends up short time.
    It seems he is not fit the job. Then why you should not terminate from his Job ?
    He wasted my valuable time and energy, and I got Depressed.
    NEW BRANDED AIR CONDITIONER GAS LEAKAGE :
    After Installation I Switched on A/C for checking purpose for a Half-an-Hour and I Switched off the A/C. Then again when I Switched on the A/C at 23:00 hours on 21/07/2018 it was not working. I shocked and immediately I called to your LG Customer Care No : 1800 180 9999. They didn’t response properly. Then I asked them, Who is your Highest Officer in your LG ? Then they given one Mobile Number – 09176767259, his name is Mr. GNANAMUTHU. I tried his Mobile Number for Multiple times, but he didn’t pick up my call. Call Ringing No Response (RNR). His call going busy, he saw my mobile number, but he didn’t call back to me. I tried from 21/07/2018 (Saturday) to till date, but he is not responding my call.
    On 22/07/2018 (Sunday) Morning 10:00 Hours, One Mr. Sathish (Your LG Service Engineer) Mobile Number – (09790053528) came my residence and he checked my Air Conditioner and he told me Air Conditioner is not Working due to A/C GAS Leakage, and he also told me this A/C is not Rectified today, because our LG People went to a TOUR. So I don’t have any Equipment now and he told you have to call LG Customer Care Ms. Banu.
    Is this your LG Engineer Mr. Sathish (09790053528) Answer? It’s so his Blithering Reason.
    Then I immediately made a call to your LG Customer Care Incharge Ms. Banu, She promised me, she will arrange an another LG Service Engineer Mr. Ramakrishnan, His Mobile Number is (09585740386) at Morning 10:00 hours on 23/07/2018 (Monday), but Mr. Ramakrishnan (09585740386) came to my residence only at Afternoon 13:00 hours.
    1. Ms. BANU (Your LG Customer Care Incharge) – CC Number : 044-42802346 / 044-45579099 given me wrong commitmen. She Promised Mr. Ramakrishnan (09585740386) will come at Morning 10:00 hours, but he came only Afternoon at 13:00 Hours.
    Again Mr. RAMAKRISHNAN (09585740386) checked my Air Conditioner and he told the same issue, A/C GAS LEAKAGE and he told I can’t Rectify the issue and our A/C GAS Refilling team will come and rectify the issue.
    A/C GAS refilling team again Mr. Sathish (09790053528) Your LG Service Engineer came to my residence Evening at 16:00 hours and they refilled A/C GAS in my New Air Conditioner.
    After refilled the A/C GAS, in the Air Conditioner, again I Switched on A/C for checking purpose for a Half-an-Hour and I Switched off the A/C. The Air Conditioner worked for a Half-an-Hour. Then again when I Switched on the A/C night at 21:00 hours on 23/07/2018 (Monday) it was not working. Again I shocked and immediately I called to your LG Service Engineer Mr. Sathish (09790053528). Then again he came to my residence Next Day (24/07/2018- Morning at 11:30 hours and again he checked and he told me,
    The blow issues in this Air Conditioner:
    1. Again A/C Gas Leakage.
    2. Copper Welding not done properly.
    3. A/C Coil Problem.
    I asked Mr. Sathish – 09790053528 your LG Service Engineer, you only refilled A/C GAS yesterday (23/07/2018- Monday) only. How can it is again going to leak. There was no answer from Mr. Sathish – 09790053528 and he was not responding properly my Question. Then he told I don’t the exact Problem in this your Air Conditioner, I will arrange to send another LG Service Engineer Mr. Mani, and His mobile Number is 0962247902. Mr. Mani (0962247902) came to my residence Afternoon at 13:00 hours on (24/07/2018- Tuesday). He checked and he told me to dismantling my Air Conditioner and it should be repair the Air Conditioner.
    I was not accepting to repair my Air Conditioner why because I purchased your New LG Air Conditioner only on 20/07/2018. I am not using till today (26/07/2018) but am so distressing.
    Then why should I accept to Repair my New Air Conditioner?
    Then I again Spoke Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285, he promised me to REPLACE A NEW AIR CONDITIONER and then I accepted for Replacement.

    Then one Mr. Baskar – 09840950646 (Managing Director of M/s. EBR Enterprises) No: 51, kurunji Street, Fathima Nagar, Alwarthiru Nagar , Chennai – 600 087. He called me again to repair the Air Conditioner. I asked him Mr. Chandru (09551685285) promised to Replacement of New Air Conditioner but why you told for repair. Then he told that Replacement cannot done you speak with Mr. Chandru (09551685285). Again I asked Mr. Chandru (09551685285) he was not responding properly.

    Mr. Baskar (09840950646) and Chandru (09551685285) both are wandered me so much.

    So I am facing so many problems from Date of Purchase (19/07/2018-Thursday to till today 26/07/2018-Thursday) of your LG Air Conditioner. I am Struggling for Eight Days because of your LG Air Conditioner.

    I had lost salary of INR Rs. 4,000.00 (Rupees Four Thousand only) because of your Very Worst Product. I had took leave from 20/07/2018 to 24/07/2018 less one Sunday (22/07/2018) for your LG Air Conditioner issue.

    Why should I buy your LG Air Conditioner for INR Rs. 50,000.00 and have Struggle?

    My wife asked me to purchased Rupees fifty thousand and ask me why we should have face difficulty for eight days?
    And I have faced many family problems with my wife due to your LG Air Conditioner.

    1. So I don’t want your LG Air Conditioner or replacement. Am so highly dissatisfied your product and your service. And I am disappointed by you and your Dealer M/s. Vasanth & co.

    2. And I had lost my money, my Energy, my time, my happiness, my self-Respect from my wife because of your LG Air Conditioner

    3. I got so depressed.

    4. My Sleep has gone.

    5. My Relief has gone.


    In this case I highly dissatisfied and Disappointed on your LG Air Conditioner and your Dealership
    of M/s. Vasanth & Co and your LG Service Engineers and Vasanth & Co Staffs

    So I don’t want your LG Air Conditioner or replacement. So you take back
    your LG Air Conditioner and Refund my Cash INR Rs.56,526.61 immediately.

    2. Sathya Agencies-Chennai - INR Rs. 45,500.00 ( Delivery Charges + Installation Charges).
    3. Sha Trading-Chennai - INR Rs. 45,000.00 ( Delivery Charges + Installation Charges).
    4. Rathna Fan House-Chennai- INR Rs. 45,000.00 ( Delivery Charges + Installation Charges).
    5. Rathna Stores-Chennai - INR Rs. 45,500.00 ( Delivery Charges + Installation Charges).
    But your Vasanth & Co Dealership is so High Price other than Electronics Dealer.
    In Vasanth & Co , INR Rs.5,000.00 and above than other Dealerships.
    In Vasanth & Co Why is the huge different from other dealer?

    There is different within Vasanth & Co branches, I enquired some Vasanth & Co other branches, Vasanth & co Branch Staff’s told the same LG Air conditioner price INR Rs. 45,000.00 / INR Rs. 46,000.00 / INR Rs. 47,000.00. There is huge different from same Vasanth & co Dealership branches and Other Dealerships.

    They cheated me INR Rs.50,000.00 and Delivery charges + Installation charges and Bribary.

    For example : I purchased Godrej Washing Machine from Same Vasanth & Co Dealer in same month of July 2018. The invoice also I attached.

    Godrej Washing Machine :
    In Vasanth & Co , I purchased INR Rs.16,800.00.
    But other dealers have only INR Rs. 15,100.00

    It seems India’s No.1 Dealer Vasanth & Co cheating many people. If they are correct then why should I mailed you ?
    I felt very guilty to send this mail.

    Then I Called Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285, again he promised the same day I will arrange for installation with another LG Service Engineer. And he told the work has to be done within Half-an-Hour.
    Then the Another LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) came my residence at 17:00 hours only on 20/07/2018 (Friday).
    WRONG COMMITMENT BY MR. CHANDRU (09551685285). – DELAYED INSTALLATION
    Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285 promised me the Air Conditioner installation to be done at 14:00 hours. But your LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) came my residence at 17:00 hours only on 20/07/2018 (Friday).
    Your LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) also not done installation on that day 20/07/2018. He partly finished his work only at 20:45 hours. And he told my time is over, I will continue the work tomorrow (21/07/2018) at 10:00 hours and he finished installation at 14:30 hours only.
    Your LG Service Engineer Mr. Yuvaraj (09884474445) took time for installation totally 8 hours 15 minutes.
    He started his work from at 17:00 hours and partially finished his work at 20:45 on 20/07/2018. He took the time is 3 hours 45 minutes.
    And he continued his work on 21/07/2018 (Saturday) at 10:00 hours and he totally finished his work at 14:30 hours. That day he took the time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

    1st day (20/07/2018-Friday) installation time : 3:45 hours
    2nd day (21/07/2018-Saturday) installation time : 4:30 hours = 3:45+4:30 = 8:45 hours.
    Actually Total Air Conditioner installation time is 8 hours 15 minutes.
    Then how Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285 promised me the installation time is just only Half- an- Hour.
    Didn’t he know the work ?
    Is he not experienced Person in sales ?
    Does he not know the basic knowledge of fitment time ?
    Does he not know the Customer Satisfaction is main ?
    Customer will be happy if he says more of the time and then ends up short time.
    It seems he is not fit the job. Then why you should not terminate from his Job ?
    He wasted my valuable time and energy, and I got Depressed.
    NEW BRANDED AIR CONDITIONER GAS LEAKAGE :
    After Installation I Switched on A/C for checking purpose for a Half-an-Hour and I Switched off the A/C. Then again when I Switched on the A/C at 23:00 hours on 21/07/2018 it was not working. I shocked and immediately I called to your LG Customer Care No : 1800 180 9999. They didn’t response properly. Then I asked them, Who is your Highest Officer in your LG ? Then they given one Mobile Number – 09176767259, his name is Mr. GNANAMUTHU. I tried his Mobile Number for Multiple times, but he didn’t pick up my call. Call Ringing No Response (RNR). His call going busy, he saw my mobile number, but he didn’t call back to me. I tried from 21/07/2018 (Saturday) to till date, but he is not responding my call.
    On 22/07/2018 (Sunday) Morning 10:00 Hours, One Mr. Sathish (Your LG Service Engineer) Mobile Number – (09790053528) came my residence and he checked my Air Conditioner and he told me Air Conditioner is not Working due to A/C GAS Leakage, and he also told me this A/C is not Rectified today, because our LG People went to a TOUR. So I don’t have any Equipment now and he told you have to call LG Customer Care Ms. Banu.
    Is this your LG Engineer Mr. Sathish (09790053528) Answer? It’s so his Blithering Reason.
    Then I immediately made a call to your LG Customer Care Incharge Ms. Banu, She promised me, she will arrange an another LG Service Engineer Mr. Ramakrishnan, His Mobile Number is (09585740386) at Morning 10:00 hours on 23/07/2018 (Monday), but Mr. Ramakrishnan (09585740386) came to my residence only at Afternoon 13:00 hours.
    1. Ms. BANU (Your LG Customer Care Incharge) – CC Number : 044-42802346 / 044-45579099 given me wrong commitmen. She Promised Mr. Ramakrishnan (09585740386) will come at Morning 10:00 hours, but he came only Afternoon at 13:00 Hours.
    Again Mr. RAMAKRISHNAN (09585740386) checked my Air Conditioner and he told the same issue, A/C GAS LEAKAGE and he told I can’t Rectify the issue and our A/C GAS Refilling team will come and rectify the issue.
    A/C GAS refilling team again Mr. Sathish (09790053528) Your LG Service Engineer came to my residence Evening at 16:00 hours and they refilled A/C GAS in my New Air Conditioner.
    After refilled the A/C GAS, in the Air Conditioner, again I Switched on A/C for checking purpose for a Half-an-Hour and I Switched off the A/C. The Air Conditioner worked for a Half-an-Hour. Then again when I Switched on the A/C night at 21:00 hours on 23/07/2018 (Monday) it was not working. Again I shocked and immediately I called to your LG Service Engineer Mr. Sathish (09790053528). Then again he came to my residence Next Day (24/07/2018- Morning at 11:30 hours and again he checked and he told me,
    The blow issues in this Air Conditioner:
    1. Again A/C Gas Leakage.
    2. Copper Welding not done properly.
    3. A/C Coil Problem.
    I asked Mr. Sathish – 09790053528 your LG Service Engineer, you only refilled A/C GAS yesterday (23/07/2018- Monday) only. How can it is again going to leak. There was no answer from Mr. Sathish – 09790053528 and he was not responding properly my Question. Then he told I don’t the exact Problem in this your Air Conditioner, I will arrange to send another LG Service Engineer Mr. Mani, and His mobile Number is 0962247902. Mr. Mani (0962247902) came to my residence Afternoon at 13:00 hours on (24/07/2018- Tuesday). He checked and he told me to dismantling my Air Conditioner and it should be repair the Air Conditioner.
    I was not accepting to repair my Air Conditioner why because I purchased your New LG Air Conditioner only on 20/07/2018. I am not using till today (26/07/2018) but am so distressing.
    Then why should I accept to Repair my New Air Conditioner?
    Then I again Spoke Mr. Chandru (Sales Executive of M/s. Vasanth & Co) His Mobile Number is – 09551685285, he promised me to REPLACE A NEW AIR CONDITIONER and then I accepted for Replacement.

    Then one Mr. Baskar – 09840950646 (Managing Director of M/s. EBR Enterprises) No: 51, kurunji Street, Fathima Nagar, Alwarthiru Nagar , Chennai – 600 087. He called me again to repair the Air Conditioner. I asked him Mr. Chandru (09551685285) promised to Replacement of New Air Conditioner but why you told for repair. Then he told that Replacement cannot done you speak with Mr. Chandru (09551685285). Again I asked Mr. Chandru (09551685285) he was not responding properly.

    Mr. Baskar (09840950646) and Chandru (09551685285) both are wandered me so much.

    So I am facing so many problems from Date of Purchase (19/07/2018-Thursday to till today 26/07/2018-Thursday) of your LG Air Conditioner. I am Struggling for Eight Days because of your LG Air Conditioner.

    Today, 5th Nov 2018, around 11.15 am I had visited Vasanth and co, North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai 17. I enquired the Samsung guy regarding 28 or 29 inch LED TV. He confirned, the non availability of such product with Samsung. Then I asked him about PANASONIC. He directed me to another guy informing him about my enquiry on PANASONIC. The new guy took me to a LED TV set and said this is 28 inch, best selling model with one pen drive provision and 2 HDMI. No more product details. Just in few seconds he pulled me to another place and said it cost Rs 17500, The best offer will be at Rs16800/-. When I enquired about guarantee, delivery, installation etc. He was very fast to answer at the same very keen to swipe my card before even billing was done. Very quickly he swiped my card and then reported for billing. While they were billing, another person approached saying there was offer for DTH connection, on purchase of LG TV. I said I was buying PANASONIC, but the person billing said the bill was for LG only. When I asked the sales guy he claims that he had shown me only LG TV. But not once he uttered the name LG. Also not once I said LG. He then said LG IS VERY GOOD, AND HE SHOWED ME LG TV ONLY. But I wanted to by PANASONIC only, after raising voice at him, he said PANASONIC 28 inches will be provided. Since card has already been swiped, he said the price are the same and I had no choice but to go by his words. Further he gave me his mobile no as 9600003005, which was later found to be switched off all the time. Later I found the same model at adjacent CROMA, for Rs 14450/- only. As my card was already swiped I had to pay more. Kindly refund the excess amount charged. My Invoice no 11101170058990, Harihar, Mob 9940673563. Today\’s price for the particular product in their own website is shown as Rs 15190/-. (Screen shot attached). On enquiring the price over phone, they said it\’s around Rs 15000/- and assured much better price on visiting the shop in person. Hence it is a clear case of cheating.     The TV which we purchased from Vasanth & Co -Philips Brand has stopped working continuously. The 1st time, when issue occurred people from service team came and asked us money to replace the entire row of led light which had created the issue.But when we told them the TV is under warranty , they left without fixing it properly. We faced exactly the same issue by another week on October 7th 2018. On calling up service team , they didn't attend the call. We tried reaching Vasanth & Co and they replied that they have closed Philips TV dealership.
    Such an irresponsible attitude. We spent 60000rs for this 50inch TV and we are just seeing the blank screen.

    I bought a Godrej AC from your Sholinganallur branch on 04/04/2019. The same was delivered but the installation engineers refused to install the AC staing that it was a risky job and asked us to return the AC. Accordingly I returned the AC on the same day and insisted for refund of Rs. 28900. But till date I have not received any refund. The stock reply that I get is that Annachi is very busy and that I would get the refund in a couple of days. I request you to take immediate action for refunding the amount due to me by reversing the charges on my credit card or else issue me a cheque for that amount immediately.

    Sir I am last 10 years customer in Vasanth and Co. Yesterday I am purchasing Samsung front load 7 kg washing machine at Vasanth & Co Sathyamangalam Erode district. Your branch staff's are very nice no problem. But Samsung service engineer performance very poor he is connected wrong side way through TV stabilizer electric connection in the stabilizer is ovee heating and come the smoke next one, the washing machine not compatible running condition so so we are very irritation the washing machine operating is not satisfied.

    I got the LG refrigerator on 8th Sep 2019 and got it delivered by 13th Sep. The delivery boys made a dent while carrying it to my house. Its clear that the mistake is on Vasanth and co but they delay saying that the replacement should happen from LG.

    My question is when it was damaged on the way delivering it to my home by their delivery guys why the hell is LG responsible for this.

    Its been 6days until now and have no idea when it will replaced. Have been following up with them on this by visiting their showroom but to no avail.

    Very worst experience ever and ineffective staff. You will be treated well until they sell their product after that you are no one to them.

    On 17.02.2020,regarding purchase of the said product, I paid Rs.8800/-vide invoice No.11131170018735 at Nanganallur Branch. During purchase I requested that supply could be made on 19.02.2020 morning since we would be out of station on 18.02.2020. On 19.02.20 nobody turned up. In spite of my repeated calls to the branch delivery was made at 12.30.pm.The delivery man received his charges and informed that in order to give connection. somebody will come. Since nobody turned up today,I made several calls to the branch and the only reply "will come and attend". Till this time 17.15 hrs. nobody has turned up. It is relevant to inform that there has been no response from a responsible person. Phone calls are attended a person stating that he is a worker. I don't know whether anybody will come and attend for connection. This being a reputed Concern my sincere submission is that it is not enough that DIRECTORS alone could be effective it is better that subordinates should also be responsible. Please consider and arrange to give connection to the TV. OR otherwise if it is not possible, please take back the product and return my money back on 20.02.2020 itself.
