    I have Purchased LG UHED Television 55 cms on 15 January 2019 from vasanth&co, South masi Street, opposite of Lalitha jewellery, Madurai-on 26 November 2020 display not working, immediately I report to BM. Technician came and checked and said display failed we replace it then he got sign from me for further, but still no response from anyone else, though I am in warranty period I informed to BM 12 times he always blame head office. H. O. does not take it as serious what is happening, here who is playing, this is not good family members are unhappy why you purchased from vasanth&co even many standard companies sir I send to your notice you take action heis spoiling your name sir

    We have brought 2 units of refrigerator and washing machine in your shop VASANTH & co. Tiruvallur Branch dated 4/3/2021 by cash of RS.37500 which is paid by me through GOOGLE PAY. Where have you are delivered found defective/faulty unit (washing machine and refrigerator) instead of a good unit.

    We never expect how your people (VASANTH & co.Tiruvallur Branch) delivered defective/faulty unit of washing machine and refrigerator against your bill No. 15061170027806 dated.04/03/2021 amounting Rs.37500/-.

    The Godrej technician who is coming for demo and commissioning purposes also confirmed that both units are defective.


    Please note your person also confirmed to replace the unit but it is not materialized so far. Whenever we contact the person he will give lame excuses.

    I would like to inform you that both units are replaced or refund the money of Rs.38300/- including transportation charges of Rs.800/- immediately.

    And also please note we have paid on 4/3/2021 whereas now the date is 10/3/2021.

    I don’t understand how the great concern of M/s.Vasanth & co and M/s.Godrej not taking care of this issue.

    We expect your attention in this regard.

    Delayed delivery of Haier Fridge by Kavitha Ganapathy:

    I had purchased a refrigerater from Vasanth & Co through their exhibition in Chennai Trade Centre on 13-Mar-21.
    While purchasing they were so active and promised us that it will be delivered by next day. However its not yet delivered and the worst part is they keep giving fake promises that it will be delivered by today, tomorrow and keep routing us to different people. Everyday they tell us new stories like stock is not there, there was issue in their systems, there are issues in delivery, company person issue etc
    If you can't deliver by a day or 2, these reasons make sense but its almost 10 days. If a particular product can be delivered only after 10 days then it should be informed to the customer while selling itself, then if it is upto us to bear the timelines or not. But they make all kinds of commitments to sell the products and then give us this new stories everyday. Even a manufacturing of a new fridge will not take 10 days but the delivery from a godown is taking this long is not digestable. If we customers pay after 10 days of delivery, is that accepted. We have to pay the moment we order the product. I particularly bought from vasanth & co since I thought to be good reputed dealer and service would be good, but now I regret my decision and will never ever recommend anyone. No point having name & branches, its better to buy from small dealers who's service is much better.

    Sir,

    We bought mixer grinder in tambaram showroom. We came with a plan to buy preethi zodiac, Whereas they convinced us and made us to buy bosch mixer grinder. But its getting overheated, noise is heavy and also the body is not sturdy. So, I would like to exchange the product and went with the concern to the branch. But the manager said they would lodge the complaint inn bosch I said to change and give me the product. Since because your sales person convinced I bought but its totally waste of money to buy the bosch mixer grinder. He again argued with us that we will try to convince and its your mistake getting convinced. We had bought the product having trust in your company. So, kindly change and give me the product and do me the needful. Please don't make the trust I have in you fake

    I bought vidiem shine edge glass top gas stove in vasanth and co, sholinganallur and I found that the information shared about the product does not match when I check with actual person who works in vidiem. And after long discussion, they said like they will not refund, we have exchange the product and I decided to keep the product instead of buying another product. But, the actual issues I had a problem with one of the burner within 10days of usage. I raised query and they have responded at all over a month and then finally the ticket raised has been closed from vidiem side and I got a message after a month. I was asking for replacement or refund and they said like it is not under their policy to refund money. They will do only service. I faced burner problem with my previous gas stove only after usage of some years but with this,it happens within few days(how worst quality it is). Waste of money and not worth to buy vidiem.

    We lose our temper after seeing the message from vidiem as the ticket itself closed without even resolving or not even a single call from them and we called vidiem customer care directly and informed. Later the same day itself, the technician came and changed the burner.
    Worst product from vasanth and co and worst service ever faced in any other stores.

    Dear Vasanth & Co,

    Today (28.05.2023) I have seen advertisement in Television for any AC model you can get Rs 4000/- worth smart watch is given as gift. I purchased a Panasonic 1.5 ton 5 ton AC for Rs 48500 (Even Rs 44500 in e commerce pages) but asking for the gift they asked me to give another Rs 2000 to give the smart watch. Its a very bad experience I had with Vasanth & Co.
