Cancellation of trip by cab driver by SP SINGH:

On 06.12.2021, I booked cab No UP14 T1402 (driver name: NADEEM) for going to Chandni Chowk from Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi-110091. In spite of having made number of calls to the driver, he did not come to the designated place in Mayur Vihar for more than 30 minutes. When finally the driver picked up the phone, he was very rude and arrogant. He refused to go and instead cancelled the trip on his own without caring to inform me.
Thereafter I have been getting messages from Uber to pay the sum of Rs. 25.51 towards cancellation charges. This is not justified. Since I did not cancel the trip, it was the driver who cancelled the trip. Therefore I am not under obligation to pay for the cancellation charges.
I am a senior citizen of 73 years regular user of uber services. I do not expect this type of harrassment from uber.
I lodged a complaint through email on 07.12.2021, but I find that my email has been deleted from the records.

I also went to your Noida sec. 7 office, there after no one listen my appeal and I am also worried that no one botter my problems. sir , this is to inform you that from last 2 rides m paying extra amount.my 2nd last ride was showing rs.115 from karol bagh to daryaganj but driver has taken rs.154 nd he said it is because of jam or route problem etc.
today i have booked the cab from shastri nagar to tilak nagar where in i have taken the screenshort of fare which was showing rs.220 and confirmed with driver as well he said it will be the same fare only whatever the route map is . he has taken a long way to reach the destination as asked for Rs.330 which was rs.110 extra . how come it's possible u r showing the different amount and customer has to pay the different amount. i want an explanation/refund or else i will put a complaint as well.
