Dear Sir,
I have purchased 4 RAK Elagance model closets for my 4 toilets. The purchase was made around 6 years back from Kurikkal tile house Calicut. Now 2 seat covers of these closets got spoiled and the colour has changed also. I am unable to a replacement suitable for this model. Kurikkal tile house is not able to help us also in this regard. I request you to check the same and provide a suitable closet cover for this Elagance model urgently. I checked in the Calicut market to purchase and the same model cover is not available. Request your urgent assistance in this matter.

Colour change of RAK HD Basil tile 1 m x 1 m by Sebastian John:

I had purchased RAK basil tile of size 1m x 1m 1650 sft for the construction of villa at Kalamassery and when laying was in progress, we had found shortage of tiles, and the RAK executive (Sagar 9747293444)offered me to arrange same tile of other size 1.2 m x .80 m 392 sft, but when it started laying we found that the colour is different from the earlier tiles, and we contacted both the supplier (Kaitharam ) and the executive but there was hardly any responce and stopped picking the phone. I have even asked them to supply me at least 5 tiles of earlier colour,(ready to pay additionally) to adjust where the joining areas with two shades, but they didn't respond.
It is very very sad and bad situation and I dont know how to deel with.

I had purchased 3 rak closets from Binoy sanitary Ambalamukku, Trivandrum. Out of them one closet is having flush leakage. After tremendous efforts a service personal visited the site and inspected. He identified faulty components inside the flush tank. Registered the complaint. But there after no response. I have been waiting since one month. Product is now under warranty period

I brought 3 European closet full sets & 3 wash basins from Kohinoor sanitary wares, Changanassery Kerala, few years back. I decided to by RAK products with great expectations. But now I am totally unsatisfied. Real complaint full of hair line cracks. I can't find out the bills at present. Hope you take my complaint as serious one, and do the needful to settle the issue.waiting to hear from you.

In my home all the rak items getting cracked everywhere. But on approaching the rak distributors they told me that "the replacing period was over and we can't return the product. So I replaced one of the flush tank with new one. But after some days all the rak items getting cracked. Iam really disappointed with your product .Now onward me and my relatives will not buy any products from rak. Thank you

Full of Hairline cracks on RAK lava washbasin by Manojan K:

I am MANOJ from Kannur in Kerala. I purchased RAK Lava Thin 610x465x170 mm Wash Basin from Saubhagya Tile House, Thalassery, Kannur, Kerala on 28/05/2014 under Invoice No. 522. 2 years after purchase, started to show light black lines on wash basin. At first it didn't matter as there were no apparent cracks. But black line and cracks were increase in the coming years. Only then did it become clear that this was a defect in sanitary products. After this, on 01/09/2020, l condact customer care number and Mr. Joseph, a representative of the company, came and checked and reported that it was a manufacturing defect called Hairline Crack. He asked for the bill but could not produce it that day. The bill is then sent to the customer care number 7560816666 (Whatsapp) but they say that can not be changed as it is after 5 years. Their answer is do what you want. The washbasin is full of black line cracks and can not be use now. Most companies like HINDWARE and CERA have a 10 year warranty. It is unfortunate that the products of RAK Company, which is much more expensive than other companies, have only a 5 year warranty. Also, it is not right to deny a warranty on the grounds that it is over 5 years old, even if it is found to be defective in construction . Your company's site (consumercomplaints.in) has many examples of hairline crack for almost all of your company's sanitary products. I therefore request that you take the necessary steps to replace my washbasin. If not, I would like to inform you that I will take other legal action.
