    Retailer.Target money is not getting by Adam bhai:

    I am from vapi. I have shop name Aradhana kirana store.Sir I am not getting the money of p7 target scheme from the beginning which was started.. we have given all the documents to Arihant agency. South Gujarat S.OSharad Chauhan is also not giving any reply.and in 6month new S.O is coming they are also Just telling I will do.. we also called to the customer service number they also tell that we will..Sir please take some action.

    Sub:- 1) Damage of Bournvita 500 Gram Sachet and (2) Non-Return of Expired Cadbury Products worth Rs.790.00, in exchange, by Salesman of your Authorized Distributor at my Area, M/s. G.D.Agency, 78, Rajendra Avenue, Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal.

    Dear Sir,

    At first, I wish to you all my heartiest congratulations about Cadbury Products and services rendered by yourselves so far in an organized manner. I also wish you all Happy and Prosperous Deepawali with progress of the Company for the days ahead.

    I introduce myself as one of the Retailers of Branded Food Products, started my Shop in the month of August, 2013 which was situated at the address mentioned above.

    I am write to inform you, in other words complain to you, that I have purchased 01 No. Cadbury Bournvita Sachet 500 Gram from your Authorized Distributor, M/s.G.D.Agency, Bhadrakali, Distt. Hooghly, West Bengal by Tax Invoice No.11988 dated 29.05.2017 the Batch Number of which is H704 20A, packed on 20.04.2017, MRP 208.00 and expiry date is 12 month from the date of manufacturing. Before expiry of the product it got extremely hard like Brick and could not be normalized by pressing. The other one being Batch No.H704 17C, packed on 17.04.2017, expiry 12 month sometimes becomes hardier and I feel that there is perhaps fault of manufacturing process. On the earlier occasion there was no complaint about this products/SKUs. These products may please be replaced by your Company for selling to the customer/s. In your wrapper it was written “If you are not satisfied with the product quality return the complete package to Mondelez, whom I have addressed to.

    Regarding Point No.2, I felt it is necessary and I am compelled to write to you that in the middle of December, 2015, I had given as per instruction of the Salesman (Sri Saniv Bhuiya) of your Authorized Distributor at my Area, M/s.G.D.Agency, Uttarpara/Bhadrakali, Hooghly, West Bengal to the Delivery Man, Sri Raju, who puts his signature on the Expired Products Return Sheet prepared by myself, some Cadbury expiry products, receipted copy of which is in my possession. Out of the total expiry products I have still not yet received products worth of Rs.790.00. Some difference of words between themselves this mentioned amount is hanging on the rope.

    In this matter, I had sent several SMS and told in person to the Owner who in turn told me that I had not received the expired products as you are telling. On the other hand, the concerned Salesman (Sri Sanjiv Bhuiya) got irritated on me why I had been sending repeated SMS to the Owner. The other day, he told me, say about, 7/8 months back that I shall give you the fresh products in phases i.e. 3-4 month which I have written on the back side of the Tax Invoice. Thereafter, one day i.e. on 31.07.2017 he told me that I shall give you the Bournvita, in exchange, which the company at present giving then I have told him that I have in stock 2 no. 500 gram Bournvita Sachet which remain unsold what shall I do taking these products. In reply he told me that instead of that I shall not give you the other products.

    It is surprising to me while I have been giving him order on 31.07.2017 he suddenly got irritated on seeing the small quantity of products. Being a Salesman of a reputed Company, as far as my knowledge is concerned, should be quite and clam to take order. I then on seeing his behavior cut the order and gave him the 75% of the products. Sir, I am not an illiterate man but by bad luck I have had to open the Shop to maintain my family. It is true that to stake hold of both side interest i.e. Distributor and myself I got myself careful about the products to be lifted. For your information, I have interested about Cadbury Products and lifted the first phase of products on 15.12.2014 by Tax Invoice No.22312. So far as, I have lifted product worth Rs.1,51,340.00 though being a small. My last GST Invoice is 24122 dated 31.07.2017. Thereafter, they have stopped supplied the products to my shop. It is Company’s and Distributor’s matter whether to give products to my Shop or not for which I cannot pressurized to them. It is really interesting to note on demand I have been given 33L Visual Display Freezer for which I am grateful to them.

    Sir, It was not my intention to write a letter if everything was going in good way. I always lifted the products in cash and no credit I sought from them.

    I request you to look this matters mentioned in my letter and forward this letter to your Kolkata Office for their convenience to redress the very small Retailer like me. I have not informed this matter (Point No.2) earlier to you as I was supposed that I shall get the fresh products in exchange of expired products in good faith,

    Hope, your recourse will solve the problem and resume the services as before on my wanting.. Though my letter is lengthy, please read out this thoroughly and take remedial measure so that one very small Retailer like me do not deprive of this monetary loss from the economic scenario now in existence.

    I am extremely sorry to write this letter to you as there was no other alternative way. Please do not mind anything if I have made annoyance to all of you.
