    I had submitted the claim bill for Rs.13990/- on 7/12/2017 and it was valued by Guru Swamy, recommended for for Rs.8123/-
    I had bitter experience when I contacted the branch office to know the fate of my claim.
    The manager is AROGANT and the way in which he talked to me is really hurt my feelings.

    Dear sir,
    Myself Vinay tomar claim no 6210072094, thanx for giving me opportunity to test my patience.
    To start with beginning, I bought iPhone and Quickheal insurance on 20 Oct 2016.
    My phone screen got damaged on 24april 2017. I register claim and sent estimate from Apple workshops, original invoice and pics of damaged phone to Aarvi by 4may, which was confirmed by your side. On that basis u ask me to courier my device. Phone was received on your end and I got confirmation mail on 22 may.
    I deactivated FMIP by 13 June.
    After going through all evidences u decided to give me depreciation value of phone. I got mail on 18 July to courier cancelled check and NEFT form, which I did.
    Since then I was inquiring for payment. I was told that some issue going in insurance company regarding payment and company is releasing payment in bulk to its customers and I might get my paycheck in a week or two.

    Now came a new turn in story, I called Aarvi and I was told to sent me original invoice to them???????
    Is it a joke??
    Are we customers fool??

    Do u understand the seriousness of issue. Asking original invoice was first step in registering complaint, and my status came up to a level of payment.
    Now suddenly I was asked to go back to square one to sent invoice.
    It's enough.
    I presume you have a team of professionals and dedicated staff.
    It is a game of trust between customers and insurance companies.
    Do u feel we the customer don't understand the game you are playing. It has been 8months since I register claim and sent phone to you. Now you are asking me to start again from beginning.
    No wonder one fine day I will get mail that I never had insurance and didnt own any phone.
    Is there any one in this renowned insurance company who is genuinely doing job.
    Kindly do needful, or return my damaged phone.
    Kindly maintain the trust, it's essential for you and customers
