Complaint regarding Mobile Heat-up issue and Low charging by Shailendra Mohan Khare:

i raised a complaint with in the warranty time, that time your customer care executive received my complaint and update me that technician will visit at your place.
He came and check that mobile is heat up up to 42% and battery also going to drain. And put a remark that Customer not happy after that i check the "track" status you mansion that Service engineer solve the issue, but he did not do any thing and why this thing mansion that " order is cancelled by me since i am not happy with service of this mobile ".

I have purchased sony headset on 10 july 2017 vide order no. OD109651694012134000. The said piece is not working properly and i complaint the same in flipkart on 15 sept 2017 because the product is under warranty period. flipkart give me toll free number of the product, i contacted them and take sony complaint number. but i am surprise to inform you that Sony India care sent me the mail that you have not purchased our product from authorised dealer thats why they regreted to comply my request for warranty service support.
Again i have contact tollfree of Flipkart, they told to contact the Service centre ofSony at Santacruz road, mumbai with the nos. I contacted them. they told to contact the sony center on the West side of Santacruz.
This is very serious matter. I want the product to be replaced. Please do the needful for further process and give the justice.

Our phone in warranty period. we put our in lenevo care surat but they not taking an action on it. We are suffering this problem last 15 days.

Very disappointingly i have to say that this kind of service is totally unexpected from Flipkart i have been using Flipkart for almost 5 years and this type of service that too for product which cost me around 31000rs ..
Panasonic 43inch led tv i got from Flipkart and received without TV REMOTE AND ITS CABLE which the main thing .

Scheduled Delivery date i.e. 27 has been postponed, it compelled us for tracking on 29/09 ; the tracked order was out for delivery at 1147 hrs and at 1731 hrs., we called twice at flipkart and was assured the delivery by 1900 hrs followed again by the receiver to wait for the guaranteed delivery. we wasted whole day for the order to arrive but at 10:10 P.M on the same day we received a SMS saying that our shipment was undelivered.Today again the whole exercise has been repeated in tracking, calling flipkart, ecom express but all our efforts have not yielded any results so far and the consignment is still mysteriously undelivered at 1800 hrs. dated 30/09/17. This whole episode depicts and proves negligence, deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of flipkart and its agents. suitable compensation for the mental agonies faced by us, (failure to deliver as per promise) is desired from flipkart. along-with delivery of our consignment immediately.
