    I have purchased sony headset on 10 july 2017 vide order no. OD109651694012134000. The said piece is not working properly and i complaint the same in flipkart on 15 sept 2017 because the product is under warranty period. flipkart give me toll free number of the product, i contacted them and take sony complaint number. but i am surprise to inform you that Sony India care sent me the mail that you have not purchased our product from authorised dealer thats why they regreted to comply my request for warranty service support.
    Again i have contact tollfree of Flipkart, they told to contact the Service centre ofSony at Santacruz road, mumbai with the nos. I contacted them. they told to contact the sony center on the West side of Santacruz.
    This is very serious matter. I want the product to be replaced. Please do the needful for further process and give the justice.
