Worst Experience Ever by Vasim Sida:

I visited Ahmedabad yesterday and had booked my stay at Hotel Rajdeep Inn which is associated with your (Treebo) group. On my check in i was given a room whose AC did not worked properly and on complaining about it i was assured that it will work. It did not give the required cooling effect. Secondly in the morning there was not even a drop of water in the bathroom for bathing and toilet. This was the first time for me that i witnessed such weird condition in any hotel till now. How can you guys be so irresponsible that you cannot provide the basic services required by any individual ? When i called the reception and ask them to attend to this issue, they kept on assuring me by false promises that water will be made available soon. For 1 hour water did not came. Annoyed by this i asked mineral water bottle to brush my teeth, to this they again delayed in providing water bottle. They kept lying to me and saying that it will take only 5 mins more for the water to come. I reported this incident to your Delhi office also, but did not get any satisfactory answer.
This was the worst experience ever. I want an explanation for this incident and also my money back.

Today on 10-10 p.m when i order to dinner at room service they are directly deny to my order but as per manu card it is shows paprika restaurant will open 7 to 10.30 p.m So req. you pl. look this matter carefully.

I have booked the hotel Treebo stay on 24.06.17 and the price was 3200.00 but at the time of checkout the hotel manager asked for 3419.00. He did not provide the bill as well. I am marking a copy to the consumer Forum as well. To ensure strict action against the manager and the hotel.

Dear sir.
I want to make your attention about treebo golden castle not providing clean bedsheets and pillow and the comforters provided was dirty and after reminder they have not change. Hotels rooms doesn't have hangers for cloths.
I wish you will notice my comments seriously.
