in the month of august I have purchase & install the car security system (Xenos Jaguar) at dhanbad by your service man Mr.Harun. He given me the paper & warranty certificate but due some unavoidable circumtances I have lost all papers & from last 2 week the system is not properly working.
Can you help me in this regards. Is ther any possibility to issue me a duplicate paper . Mr Harun well known to me . This is my 2nd set of lock . I have changed the last one.
I shall be highly obliged if you help me by issuing me a duplicate certificate so that I can get the free service to solve my problem. only before two month I have purchase it.

1year before i ordered xenos company remote lock after 2months my door was not openings prpoerly.then when i complained they said part is not available u have to wait 15days but part came after 20days.That technician guy not feet prpoerly so my door is still not working prpoerly.Now before 10days onword iam keep on calling them because my whole car body part was not working and facing lot of issue but still no respone and they are saying part is not avaliable.very bad experience i will suggest my friends not go this company never ever..
