Dear sir
I m kaushik Bagri living in kolkata ...
I have purchased a Rain court near about two month before from your exclusive showroom name sumangalam Retailers pvt ltd Bentinck street kolkata ph 033 22133296 .
The problem is that invoice of the rain court has been misplaced by me and the rain court is having some manufacturing defect ..but the strange thing is that your exclusive showroom is not cooperating in anyways .. In this world this is not possible for such a reputed brand showroom not keeping a duplicate invoice for showroom record .. and I am also very strange that they don’t know how to handle customers ..
please help me to get rid of this problem

we purchased above item through SASTHA SUNDAR, BIDHANNAGAR DURGAPUR 713212 IN November-end 2018 only used 3/4 times. But yesterday water leakage started. we approached both the counter as well as customer care -9330803080. no one agreed to replace it. it was sold on 15 % discount may be the low-quality product. now we request to replace it immediately the parent company DUCKBACK.

This is to inform you that I Bikashananda Bose has purchased a hot water bottle form Meditreat chemist and druggist model no. as HW-001 and we used for only two times. In first time we did not face any problem but on second time it was leeked. In the plastic it is written 2 years guarantee and the manufacturung date which is printed is August 2018. When we went to the shop he did not solve our problem. So, we request you to solve our problem and look into this matter as soon as possible.
Raincoat (economy) damaged by kingston:

on 27/11/2020, procured rain coat from the shop Foot smart,NO 508,TTK road, Alwarpet, Chennai-17.....
I found a damage inside of coat i,e two arms side (coating peeled in some places)water coming inside.
I informed to the shop to replace,but he said no, what shall i do with the damaged coat. (with in one week it peeled)
