I am suresh sharma and bike hero duet purchase in Oct 10 2017 . Till date 28 12 2018 count in month 14 . And tayre TVs in mustak only 14 month .
Please change my duet tyres .

Respected Company,
I have purchased one TVS tyre and after use I just found air in tyre.
And now dealer / company asking for 50% deduction (as wear during used period) .
I just wants to know how is this Air can come in Tyre if it has passed from company QC.?
As per my knowledge it's leak of Company QC that faulty /air type tyre came in market and then customer has to bair as wear during use.
Dear sir, Please let me clear about it.
