    RC& Number Plate by Naresh Kumar Singla:

    I purchased a Activa Scooter from UEME Honda Agency, Railway Road Gurgaon on 12.06.2017. At the time of delivery the Sales man told me that RC Book and number plate will be delivered within One Month from the date of delivery. I visited seven of Eight time for collection the RC and Number Plate but all the time the salesman delivered me the extension slip. On 8.8.2017 he told me that finally the RC and Number Plate will be delivered on 8.9.2017. I again visited today 7.9.2017 and he replied you will lodge the complaint and send mail to company and he can not do anything in this matter. If tomorrow I will not received the RC and Number plate I will file complaint in the Consumer Court for claiming Harassment Compensation and Expenses etc.

    I, (Mr.R.Jayabalu ) have purchased 2 wheeler (New vehicle) of the Model Honda Activa 4G BSIV – purchased on August 2017 from Keerthi Honda at Hosur-635109, Tamil Nadu (Dealeer code : 100001)
    Vehicle No. TN70 W7576 bearing chassis # ME4JF507HHT535632 & Engine # JF50ET5531890.
    The down part on the left side of the engine case got hit by a small stone as the vehicle was on a slow running. I find this as a fault in the manufacture as, I believe the quality of HONDA cannot be so poor, hence I request yourself to look into the matter and solve it at the earliest.

    Looking forward for your immediate action.

    i have purchased new unicorn from parekh automotive pvt ltd santacruze west.but there are more problem in bike.
    showcub is not well.
    there are some water inside indicater.
    cluch lever band.
    polishing is not well.
    body fitting is not well.
    i have complaint it in showroom but i did not get any care from there.
    i have also call on costumer care but not get any solution.
    what should i do please tell me.
    what is the benifit to purchase new bike when i get a bad bike.
    really i trusted honda but now i dont trust in honda.

    Dear Team,

    I have purchased honda hornet on 19th july 2019,

    from the 1st servicing onward the suspension problem has been not resolved .each and every time i used to complain the same,but the problem is same yet.

    I went to service center on nearby a week before (16sep) for battery issue.
    They said they will replace my battery within 4-5 days. Commitment done by Mr. Mohit (patparganj, Delhi branch)


    Today I went there after calling repeatedly so many times, they finally committed to deliver battery today. But I got disappointed again because they were not able to return my battery and Mr.Mohit was unavailable today. They again committed for Wednesday.

    I beared loss of my work today (for more than 1000 inr )just because of their wrong commitment of delivering battery today.

    Please make them responsible enough to satisfy your customer.

    And

    Please make my battery available on committed date as I have to go out of state soon on this vehicle. It's a request.
