I have purchased an IFB Washing Machine of Rs 23,900/- when we ordered the product at delivery they are demanding 400 Rs extra. this thing they haven't told while we are purchasing. im really disappointed with Bajaj Electronics
AC not working by Brahmam:

We have brought Voltas AC 1.5 ton, 5 star, from Bajaj Electronic, Vanastalipuram on 4th of Apr 2022 and installed on 8th Apr. Its worked on same day only. We have called multiple times to Voltas customer care number. As of now its not resolved.
I think only Bajaj Electronics are only responsible as you people are collecting money from customer and delivered damaged product.

Before 6 months back I brought all products In Bajaj electronic but yesterday I went to bajaj electronics Panama showroom near Chinthalkunta in this show room there is no responsibility about customer I went to buy a new product there is no one is there for asking about h product . Actually I went to buy a sound bar this section in 1st floor main entrance ,in main entrance There is no caring so I simply went out and I gone to Vijay sale I never expected in Vijay sales excellent customer receiving I love and like Vijay sales I would like to suggest Vijay sales for all my family members and friends and I promise never I will didn’t go to bajaj elections thank you for customer receiving in Baja electronics worst showroom Panama near Chinthalkunta Baja electronics

Regarding stolen charger adapter from phone bought yesterday and no response from the branch by Swetha:

Me and my brother went to bajaj electronics hayatnagar in view of buying a new smartphone. We decided to buy Vivo Y200 5G. We did payment and the salesman did packaging which was out of our sight. He showed us only phone and we trusted him because we trust bajaj. In the morning when we saw, there was no adapter of charger as soon as we realised that we went to showroom. By the time we went showroom was not opened. After sometime when I went and asked, they were rude and told it will take time for the phone we bought yesterday.
We are ready to file a complaint in police station for the loss we faced. We are ready to go to any extent regarding this issue.
