    Hi, I purchased an ‘Aaditya 501’ ‘Coriander Power’ ‘Standard Grade’, 1 Kg pack.
    Lot No: A2540717; Date of Packaging July 2017.
    I wish to inform you that I found a packaging tag inside the packet and cannot understand how a company like ‘Aaditya Turmeric Trading Company’ can have such poor quality control. Secondly I am a regular buyer from Reliance MART and did not expect such issues as infected edible products.

    I can send you a picture of the tie band which I can send you when you revert back to me. Hope to hear from you soon about this oversight.

    I have selected items and went to billing counter, the cashier billed without my knowledge for the item "HYPNOTIC BODY PERFUME". After reaching the home I verified the items and I learn that the Body perfume MFD: Apr/2016 Expiry: March/2018. I have purchased worth of Rs. 1895/- on 10.03.2018 at Reliance Mart, Chittoor.
    As seen the above expiry items selling without customer interest.
    My payment Ref. No. 6725103014210032018 Bill No. 142

    Please refund the amount of Rs. 93.03/- and issue instructions strictly to the concerned not to sale customer unwilling and expiry date products.

    on 09/09/2018. i have not used my credit card. But there and transaction happened at chittoor reliance mart.

    i have called HDFC customer care.they have provided ref no-04131555500909024644597.Rs.150

    i generally used my credit card at same store.i was shock to see this entry

    They are not using mask in mart and they are telling to customers to use masks in mart if not they are arguing with customers in wrong manner

    We visited the reliance Mart in Nellore on the 5th of August. There were very few available billing counters which were very slow. Not only this, the ATM card machine was not working and we weren't informed about it. And although there were a fair number of customers, the air conditioning wasn't adequate. Our overall experience was very unpleasant.

    We actually picked up aliquid detergent that was noted 1plus 1 offer , during billing we asked then is single pice is available the billing person gone there and asked the other man , the staff person should tell no sir or mam and we mistakenly didnot change the board , coustumer may get confused if they have not changed the previous board , instead of that he used words which hurt the coustumer ,no manners , they don't seem to be hiring a good worker , if 10 out of 7 people face this kind of response from a mart there will be a lot of loss not beacause of the owner but beacause of the workers , the hospitality should be changed other wise change the discount boards or 1plus 1 offering boards immediately to avoid further charges
