I am the customer of your okinawa and model is ridge 30. I went to your okinawa showroom of new railway road near Sadar bazar gurugram. The owner of showroom was argue with us for taking money but my activa in warranty. I told him but he argue and say do not come again in this showroom . Take some actions regarding to this and i am not thinking to buy another okinawa scooter because of your bad service.

At the running condition sometime the rear wheel get jammed.
Secondly when I turned off the ignition switch the rear wheel move freely. But at the time of turning on the ignition again the same problem occured. Then after half an hour it normally stars.
Hope you will understand my problem and give me a suggestion on this case.
